I'm having similar issues with my custom binds for WF on my Steam Deck. I get trying to make WF more controller friendly. However, this is really annoying as my custom binds would be an absolute pain (if not impossible) to remap with the new system. I don't know if it's just me being lucky but I've never had any issues before this change when using a controller. The fixed action sets is really nice tho so that's a big plus.
