[Can't log into the game]

For the last three days i have not been able to log into the game. i have reset the computer, i have sent the logs to Digital Extreme, i have reset the password in every possible way. I have logged of on the site and logged back in by typing the password so i know that i am typing in the password correctly. I don't know what else to do.

I have also had this problem. i have also found that in Fortuna sometimes when enemies are caught in larva i cannot hit them.
