Its called narrow gateway and intentional throttle. Having a large cloud cluster to allow for high bandwidth downloads is expensive, and DE can't afford that.

Its literally the Legal Agreement in the terms and wording of how the Founder's packages were sold. Its not a choice by DE. Its not an 'option' either. They are required by law to uphold and maintain the bill of sale.

No it wouldn't. You might want to go do some research and find out just how important the Hundreds of Thousands of dollars that Founder's quite literally invested into a virtually BANKRUPT Digital Extremes to make the game.
Sony NA didn't buy into Warframe to much later.

Because the Founder's only exist on PC. Founder's do not exist on Xbox or PS4. Therefore the Founder's items cannot exist in those two realms. It isn't odd at all.

If your not a Founder, and have no interest in Excalibur Prime, why chime in?The legal aspect was implied and must be upheld via the term of sale agreement present when the Founder's packages were available.

Excal's ultimate in its current form and design makes him a Fluctus rifle. It needs to be completely re-designed to be combo based rather then button smashing.
Reward combo use with huge blade waves at significant points in a combo, and create a system where combo's can be connected. That would be quality.

For you; Zero would qualify. As Rotation C is @ the 20 minute mark, so no 15 minute survival would be valid.

You'll be able to find a plethora of how-to's for OEM recoveries etc.
Also, keep in mind your OS, which is to say windows, is not 300 gigs in size. There has not, and more then likely never will, be an OS that is that size.
Windows 10, for instance, at its base value is only about 6 gigs. Thats it. At maximum in terms of utilities required (drivers) and OS, you're looking at a gross maximum of 25 gigs at its greatest value.

People still have HDDs?
You need to shift your entire installation to your SDD of Warframe.
The 'easy' way is to completely uninstall Warframe from the system, then reinstall it fresh on the SDD.
And to be frank, you'd be best off moving your OS to the SDD as well. Driver usage and background utility will run from the OS installation, not the game.

Walk over to your modem, unplug it from power for 30 seconds and plug it back in.
Tadah, this is the same method to fix 99% of basic connection problems.

Honestly, the level you are mentioning pre-dated ArchWing and was designed in a way due to the limitations of the game at that point.
It should be considered for re-development to be Incorporated into a seamless multi-tiered level, for instance:
Deploy from Liset:
-Archwing traverse to Ship A, break in
-eliminate/fulfill objective conditions on current vessel
-exfil through determined route
-exit ship and re-equip AW to traverse to Ship B
-acquire entry to ship B and complete remaining objectives
-Exit via Archwing break-out point
-Rendezvous with Liset for extraction
This would be a more much immersive gameplay style that would be more 'realistic' in gameflow. Sadly, I never see something so complex happening while we still build content for consoles, due to their memory limitations. This type of mission design would probably be more then they could handle, so the PC players are unfortunately punished.

it's not like the doggy was infected after birth, it was in the egg itself, meaning that the infested tissues and DNA, should have taken over the Kubrow part. even if it keep some random features in the shape.
I would allude this to unintentional design or a simple commonplace 'quadriped' origin. The Juggernaut was also a community contest design, and not that of the original Dev team. It was only mildly adapted to better suit game design.

The jug' model look too soft compared on what the infestation will actually do to a random specie. I mean, just look at infested units , even if the creature was born from an egg with infested DNA ( which would be a first in the world of Warframe due to the infestation actually infecting and taking over the body of the hosts) I'm pretty sure the body will look more... brutal.
Don't get me wrong, I like the jug' model a lot.
Quite frankly, from a lore perspective, you're forgetting the basic principle of life itself: Evolution. The Infestation are, from top to bottom, supposed to be the 'race' that most easily adapts, grows and evolves. The Juggernaut is the landed principle.

I would prefer the Helminth Charger to become an Infested Kubrow with a unique model, mirroring appendages to that of Helminth and unique abilities.
I hope everything we have right now is 'Placeholder' due to restriction of the 'Holidays rushed content'
I really hope future umbra frames will be an ability or toggle so we won't have to invalidate our primes, re-forma, and clutter our inventory and UI with excessive variants of the same thing.

Naw, I agree with OP. Umbra's should have been made into a form of in-frame variant, where they have significant advantage against Sentients at the cost of ineffectiveness against 'Standard' enemies.
Not so much a 'Skin', but something akin to the Focus schools, but for the frames themselves.
Solar (Regular & Prime) versus Umbra.
Also note: Umbra's should NOT be able to trigger Void Orbs, they are not Primes. At the best they are the Prototypes to the Primes.
