Just remove revives and people will think twice to do that... Too many people using frames without health and armor mods, only strength because someone will revive them 100 times in one minute...

Think twice about what? How does this mr5 know if he's joining a brand new wave game or joining a wave 60?

The idea is replacing players who leave with new ones, so when people drop at 20, be it 1, 2 or 3, then those team slots would simply open up for someone else to join, keeping the wave count and enemy level but bringing in a fresh player.

Wait, wut !? So I am in a 4-man squad and we got to wave 60. I wanna continue, but 3 members have to go. So they leave and 3 slots open up for new players.

Now this mr5 who just turned on the game, wanting to do some quick affinity farm, joins my wave 60 Hydron instance. And another mr7 and mr9 did the same thing.

    This is a problem.

  3. If you're one of those solo players avoiding the trade system, then don't. You most likely can't afford it.

On the other hand, if you're an efficient farmer engaging in the trade market you won't need to raise such questions. You just buy whatever YOU want and WHEN you want. Don't go asking on forums how YOU should play this game. Play the game the way you enjoy. Since you're here..

This is from the last 30 days. In my opinion, this is exactly what you're supposed to do. Engage in the trade system so you can buy those forma bundles, adapters, potatoes etc. and make progress. So that's what I do. But again, if you don't feel like, then don't =]

None taken. Hieracon is probably faster, but I just didn't like the extra work for one drop per 4 rotations with a 22.56% of getting screwed by the RNG. At Cerberus, I just drop a Specter, mostly chill for 16 minutes, and get two guaranteed Axi drops on rotations B & C. But, you know, different strokes for different folks.

Yeah, I personally prefer Hydra and Rusulka, Sedna. But when those aren't available, Narcissus was fine for me. Certainly fine for my daily relic clearings.

I've never considered myself "good" or "efficient," just "stubborn," and I enjoy having that stubbornness tested. I was just saying, if you're having problems with the RNG, sometimes a more "brute force" option might be worth a consideration. Again, "repeatedly hitting it in the head until it coughs up what I want" has worked well for me so far.

Ah, the good ol' low risk low reward mentality. Wait though, if we can get 4x C reward in 16 min on Hieracon, then we should, on average, be getting 3x Axi per 16 min in the long run. And all that Cryotic we get on top off that to pay for that 30k hammer is just my oh my, wonderful. Oh, and we can chill too, drop a globe, jump around few times to fill the excavator and done. What do we say to carpal tunnel? Not today.

I'm really happy that you enjoy playing the way you do. I want to enjoy playing this game as well and doing different missions on different nodes (or doing the same node over and over again) HOPING to find an ambulas just to be able to open Hades and THEN to get lucky with Trinity drops is just not something I enjoy. Saryn is at least different, because the Arena is a  mechanic you're not doing on a daily basis.

I get my Axi relics from Cerberus, like to crack them open at Narcissus, and level my amps at Oceanum. The boss fight itself is super easy with Ivara. So...

    No, I don't understand.

Also, when it comes to boss fights, I always prepare to do them at least 12 times consecutively; I would finish one fight, and if I didn't get a drop I wanted, I would immediately jump straight back in to do another one. I call this "keeping the pressure on the RNG."

I've always had this impression in my mind that I have to "keep the pressure" on the RNG; I have to keep hitting it in the head repeatedly until it coughs up what I want. This line of thinking extends to relics: when I want a rare part, I would patiently build a stack of 18 Radiants + 6 spare Intacts + 400 Traces, then wait for a long-duration Fissure of mission types that I can complete very quickly (Capture, low kill count Exterminate, some Sabotages), and jump in with a frame that can complete them as quickly as possible (Ember up to Saturn, Mirage beyond), then keep repeating them until I get what I want or exhaust all my relics. This "keeping the pressure" method as worked well for me so far.

I get my Axi from Hieracon, which is far more efficient than Cerberus, like to crack them open at whatever fastest mission is available, which is far more efficient than Narcissus and level my amps in Orbiter which is far less efficient than Oceanum (I don't level amps yet).

Some people play efficiently and some people "keep hitting it in the head repeatedly until it coughs up what I want". I don't build a stack of 18 radiants + 6 spare intacts + 400 traces just to crack open Lith G1 in order to obtain a Glaive Prime BP that's worth somewhere between 25-30 plat. I'd much rather crack open an Axi C3/C4 to obtain Chroma Prime Systems, sell it for at least 80 plat, then buy Glaiv Prime BP and something else that I need.

I really appreciate your input, but playing SOLO for 2k hours and almost only doing missions on Pluto is just not the way I like to play this game. No offense.

You can, but it is a dumb choice. I think I explained it in my post if you bothered to read the whole para.

No you didn't. I don't see why you HAVE to get 2nd broken war BP before crafting WAR.

It's personal preference if someone wants to use their initial broken war to craft WAR and you calling that dumb is obviously telling more about you than them.

Sometimes DE delays the Fomorian/Razorback by a day or two. If it's not up by monday, then it's time to start asking questions

    I'm asking questions😬

  8. During Arbitration (maybe other missions as well) if host leaves and a host migration is initiated our frames are VULNERABLE to enemy fire. We have ZERO chance to do anything since all we see is a loading screen with "host migration" yet we still hear the sounds of enemy gunfire and our shield and hp being depleted in matter of seconds. And the sound of failed mission notification. All while having "host migration" loading screen.

    Best regards

  9. I don't believe you need "5-6" years to overcome this issue, but the mindset you put into the game.

I'm a 40-day login player and I played solo a lot as well. Had my set of issues in the beginning, and I'm pretty sure I wasn't the only one, but I spend some time on wiki to understand game mechanics and once I learned how to customize frames, weapons with my available mods things got much easier. I then could focus on gameplay, learn which enemies to kill first, what kind of damage they are dealing, their animations etc. in order to dodge, counter them and so on. It's also important to know your own damage output which allows you to stay "still" for certain amount of time before you get surrounded and you have to move again.

    Hope this helps. Merry Xmas
