This list wasn't by me but it is very helpful in my search for kuria. I've completed my kuria search thanks to it, so just want to share it with fellow Tenno here. So far only the latest kuria location change haven't been updated, the rest are correct iirc.

Melee 3.0 is around the corner. Not to mention you should have patience, DE isn't known for their quick large-scale updates.  Did you know melee 3.0 was set to release last summer? Or at least it was teased to.

I think you should keep yourself busy getting all Warframes, Harrow is a recommendation. 

Here's the routine I keep up everyday when I get on: 

1. Random relic missions until Sortie refresh, or if Sortie has already refreshed I'll do the sortie.

2. Sortie / Play with friends if Sortie is already done / Play Sortie with friends

3. Look at the codex

4. Eidolon hunt here and there

5. and then random relics

 

Like I said, just have patience, if you're below MR 10 you have nothing to complain about the content drought tbh.
