  1. I have 3 monitors, with different refresh rate: 180Hz, 75Hz and 60Hz. the one of 75Hz is set as main monitor (in Display Settings of Windows 11). And the display mode is set to Full-screen Windowed (it is necessary for my IME). After the game starts the framerate is limited to 75Hz, regardless of which monitor the game window is actually on. Also the max framerate has no 180Hz option, but there's 165Hz and 200Hz instead; When I switch my main monitor to 180Hz monitor, the 180Hz option will show up and everything will be fine. The excepted behaviour is all of these: (a) main monitor is the 75Hz monitor (b) the game runs on 180Hz monitor (c) the game has a framerate limit at 180hz. It now looks impossible... P.S. some other games works fine with each monitors. They will run at fps equal to monitor's max fps when v-sync is on, and change max framerate when move the game from one monitor to another. I think this should be a common sense for all games.
