    if you're client it is fine other player will still in the session except you even though the game still show you pull other player out when actually it is not.

    In my opinion, If you're a host in public and you do this you are an a******, if you want to save your precious 60s you should do it alone

    The Default Mods on gear is usually fine. Default Mods + Decrees will make any weapon as good as it can be. The problem is, for some weapons (assault rifles, Bronco, and Mutalist Cernos) "as good as it can be" is still pretty terrible. This is especially apparently when stuff like "bonus heat damage on melee" or "melee attacks hit twice" makes even the weakest of melee weapons into absolute pain trains.

    Basically it doesn't really matter that I crafted and sold my Bolto years ago, the build I could come up with it isn't any better than the Default, and I'd be stuck with it regardless 

    ARs work pretty well with Persistent Attrition, between the eyes, bombastine malice and for multalist cernos it's really good with Fearsome Bonanza and status effect related Decree i got Mulalist Cernos 1 time and it melt enemies with it farts (of course it's my personal build not default craps)

    basically Akzani is a Signature weapon but got nothing no prime, no passive for Signature weapon no special nightwave mode , no special Syndicate mod, not even band-aid mod

    While I agree with this, I guess from DE's perspective giving each weapon 2 Incarnon forms might have been too much work when they could be used as Incarnon forms for more weapons (and, consequently, motivation to run SP Circuit for more players.) Maybe they could always have recycled some Incarnon forms between guns, like have a generic Incarnon basis by auto/semi/bow/sniper/shotgun/projectile etc types while some weapons still got their specific Incarnon forms. 

    I don't want to sound like I'm disparaging Incarnon concept as a whole--I'm glad DE still tries to give these old weapons some relevance after so much powercreep. Lato Incarnon has been a lot of fun and I dearly hope Aklato Inarnon comes Soon. I just happen to think Latron Incarnon in specific really missed the mark. 

    I have same ideas i really love the latron base form with double tap, but the incarnon is disapointed i was expected the latron keep it single target oriented like what they did with phenmor but nah they just make it aoe and throw away the double tap

From my experience it quite fun to using Dread, Kuva Seer, Soma, Gorgon,... in a while, and quite refreshing to see people make use of the thing they have other than see everything vaporize by Ogris or Zarr, but still i have no problem with random stuff, but like OP i want to Mod it properly to see how it work rather than using default config (with is really bad in steelpath there are some decent enough build bust mostly bad)

  7. You can fix the game, but you cannot fix people. It's happen to me before when i was farming on railjack, there was a dude he just join any crew take over the railjack and kill the captain and quit, i guess he was farming for Pennant, he was on my crew most of the time because at that time not man people playing railjack, i mean i can F him up when the Pennant drop i just abandon the mission but when the Pennant drop he was not on the game session lol. If it's not relic there will be scummy people do other scummy thing

  8. I started to grind for vengeful charge emphera since update that double the emphera chance (to 20%), and after nearly a month kill liches i keep on 1 lich per day, now im at 24th lich still no emphera,

    so i just want to ask is this normal, and just really really bad RNG ? or something wrong happen ?

    And also when will emphera will be generated at the moment larva was spam, or at the moment it is kill and become lich ?

    • DESCRIPTION:i'm doing lich mission my lich is level 1 , and enemies about level, 65, i played as Mirage, i have about 175 armor, 592 health 330 shield, get suddenly i get instant dead by HYEKKA MASTER, napam grenade

    • REPRODUCTION: this is reproducetable in simulacrum
    • EXPECTED RESULT: shield gating, and not instant dead
    • OBSERVED RESULT: seem to cause by HYEKKA MASTER, napam grenade and when damage cause is higher than a warframe maximum health value shield gating is not working
    • REPRODUCTION RATE:  i already reported this 1 time, happen 100% in simulacrum

    There is some situation that Limbo is actually very helpful, though, but in the most case it is not.

     

    Limbo ALWAYS turn off the weapons, and it is part of the reason why so many players are hate him. Are you didn't aware of it seriously or are you just want to teasing the others?

     

    limbo didnt disrupt mesa or saryn though you can still still use peacemaker inside rift and it still affect enemy outside rift, it not alway when enemy in the same dimension then the weapon still working,he can even help then regen energy and some time protect them,so dont try to twist the thing.

  10. TYPE: Scarlet spear Flotilla completed, no credit rewards in mail

    DESCRIPTION: In Flotilla 5, had completed 2 x full ground , returned to flotilla at 98/100 andwas there when it hit 100/100, its then reset to 0/100 with approx 45mins left to reset

    REPRODUCTION: Spend over an hour working for reward, then nothing happen i got a mail and it said the raid was fail ???  (what kind of sick joke is this)

    EXPECTED RESULT:[I should of received scarlet credits 100/100 reward in the mail

    OBSERVED RESULT: I received a message saying "wave expired" we did not repel the wave and received some emblems but no credits (the wave was completed to 100/100) ]

    REPRODUCTION RATE: N/A
