    Gauss Prime Access bundles

    According to 1:12:50~, and please correct me if I'm just misunderstanding this, but I thought the bundles were all supposed to match the console packs? Prime Acessories, Prime Access, and the Complete pack which is a combination of the two. They also said that on PC they were gonna add more to the accessories pack and have plat in it? 

     

    I played warframe and have experience buying prime access pack on the Switch and as far as I know, the switch Prime Accessories bundle had the accessories including the boosters, and 1365 platinum.

    But right now on PC, the Accessories pack doesn't have plat. On the Switch however, it still has the plat. That being said, it is 10 dollars cheaper on PC. But I thought all platforms were supposed to "merge to the console way" as Reb specifically said? 

    Again, please correct me if I just misunderstood what Rebecca said.

    Is op for real?

    Something about your post sounds like someone giving a tantrum out of pure spite and envy--without understanding the consequences and risks the founders might have to go through just to test a feature that might break about 10 years worth of progress on millions of accounts. And no, the devs didn't have 10 years to cook this. They never planned on cross-save in the first place. They even denied it multiple times in the past. But since it's one of the most requested features, they decided on it about 2 years ago.

    I'm just as on the edge about this. I have been waiting and hoping for cross-save for a long time. I was also disappointed when I heard something went wrong but hey, things don't always go the way we want, right? How about just try to play something else, or enjoy whatever it is you enjoy about life while you wait for cross-save. Surely there is more to your life than just Warframe and the hope for cross-save, right?

    No Merge! No Linking! I even made a PC account, played the tutorial just to enable cross platform as well as on the xbox have it already enabled. 

    How TF can I link them together and use the xbox as Primary or I should say MAIN and ONLY account just on PC.

    PS: I reed the whole Page of Cross-Save and everything but its nonsense. Cannot link them together. Help please.

     

    You can't do features that aren't implemented yet. Read announcements on this forum regarding Cross-platform save.

    Of course that what you propose sounds unfair, DE did massive improvements for F2P players (like me) to get resources that normally would come exclusively from sporadic alerts or RNG based missions like daily sorties, as Catalysts, Adapters and Reactors are by putting them as part of Nightwave years ago, and now Acrythis too.

    Now then, I understand you perhaps do not have that many frames, so unlike someone who has all of them, you find yourself having to choose which one to put these upgrades on, and simultaneously would like to try some you missed after coming back to the game which already has a primed variant... but that redirects me again to what I've mentioned above, just get it if you can and if not, buy it / ask for help to get it, there's no point on investing on the normal and then asking for a free transfer of the spent resources to the Prime if the Prime is already available and you know it.
    And that also redirects me to the second point that obtaining said resources is much easier now as there are more sources to obtain them from.

    Were it like it used to before Nightwave, I could perhaps have agreed, but now? Nope.

    My main way of obtaining catalysts before was buying them with plat or farming them from alerts and invasions as well as sorties (tho I rarely got them as I somehow almost always got Ayatans and endos lol)

    If obtaining them is really much easier now, then I can see why having this helminth feature would seem too unfair or unnecessary. My POV regarding this suggestion was that of an older one (around before nightwave). I guess I just haven't really explored how much Nightwave offers (I just got back to Warframe last month from years of inactivity).

    That "hesitation" isn't really a way for DE to "lure" players to buy platinum and spend them on obtaining the better version of things.
    It's a feeling you've developed due to how you see investing time and effort on the non-prime gear.

    Pulling back that investment that you've put on the regular frame is far from fair, so yes, it'd be "really OP" to call it that.

    I know prime versions come in years. But I'm talking about as a new player or returning player trying out a "new" old warframe that's already got a prime version or is about to get one. 

     

    I guess it does sound a little unfair. But I just wondered what if rather than having to buy or earn another catalyst, etc. we could just spend some resources to get more use of some(not necessarily unlimited reusage but some form of direct transfer from the normal frames to its primed version).

    Can we make this a thing? At least for Warframes? Would this be too OP? Of course, resources required would be quite expensive. It's just that (at least for me) it makes me hesitant to actually enjoy a normal frame I got. By that I mean, I could be building a proper non-prime warframe by installing a potato and an exilus adapter but I won't because there is a better version of it that I will be getting some day. Knowing that I could uninstall those adapters with some helminth resources(or at least a direct transfer to the prime version of the frame), at least it makes me enjoy the normal frame while I wait for rng to finally be on my side or farm enough prime parts to sell and earn enough plats to buy the prime version.

    Am I the only player who feels this hesitation with regular frames?

    I guess this sense of hesitation is one of DE's ways to encourage players to buy plats (tho some could also just farm for them) but it would be a really nice player-friendly QoL feature imo.

    A question about cross save.

    I think the switch not being included in the shared wallet means no plat can go in and out of the Switch platform, whether it was bought from eshop or earned through trading. So all your current and future switch plat is going to stay on the switch. You can't trade it to non-switch players nor can they trade their plat to you while you're logged in on the switch.

    Merging and affinity/standing progress

    I was wondering how this would work for Affinity and Syndicate progress.

    So the secondary account will transfer and add over its arsenal, inventory, resources, etc. to the primary account, right? But let's say for example, I don't have a certain weapon on my primary account, but I have it owned and mastered on my secondary one. Will it then give my primary account the affinity earned by that secondary account? 

    Also, for standings, lets say I am max rank Ostron on my primary account with 50000/132000 standing. Then on my secondary one, I am only rank 1 but with 5000/5000 standing. Will the merged account then have 55000/132000 standing?

    Also, another quick question. Owned slots will be added over right? like if I have 5 open weapon slots on my primary then 3 on my secondary, that would mean the merged account gets 8? (I know sounds like a silly question but I'm just really wondering because I plan on using the rest of my switch plat to buy slots and forma bundles since it won't be that useful for player trading. I'm pretty sure trading will dry up on Switch so I might as well just do my plat trading on PC)

    Bug when adding more Flux energy from the payload screen

    What happened was I was trying to add more Flux energy to my railjack, but then it just freezes when making a full circle.

    I then tried to move to the intrinsics menu, but it's still stuck in the payload even tho intrinsics is highlighted. 

    I had to restart the game to get out of this. 

    PS. It doesn't happen all the time but when it does, it's really inconvenient.

    To OP:

     

    My favorite colors are Black, red and dark pink. But in warframe I tend to go with red and black because I genuinely like how it looks. Pink and black when I'm feelin fAbUl0uS. But from the platform I mainly play on (Switch), I rarely saw people who used similar color theme as I do. I didn't think it was that common. I actually only remember 3 or 4 people and some became pretty good friends of mine for a while because of our colors of choice lol. I see quite a lot of white and golds tho.

    I use dark colors, specifically, red and black (and some silver) because I genuinely like those colors, not because I try to be edgy. But oh well, I guess I'm a lame commoner.
