My suggestion is instead of pay to skip. Is to simply provide a borrowed cycled loadout to new content. A set of 5 frames like Duviri and a set of weapons pre modded to do the content. Everything tuned to be just enough to get by. Than users can use those premades to complete new story content and recieve the rewards. It might not be the best overall or smoothest experience but it will let people in. No one has to pay this way and anyone can access any content regardless of what they have.

PSA PSA: Heirloom Collection Platinum Changes & Lessons

Still not fixed. Watching how Bungie can lose the faith of its playerbase maybe DE should take notes before they are in the same position. -

The line must be drawn here, this far no further. Its from Star Trek First Contact. Wish I could sell my account back to DE. Im quite done with warframe after this. -

ya they didn't really address the issues in any detail and that other dev just pushed the topic to something else. -

fixing it next year isnt fixing it!!! What if you dont want next years pack? The people who love mag and frost just get screwed? That's so dumb. Just fix it now. Change it now. Heres the fix. Release the skins alone with nothing else in a single pack. No 10 year flare, no currency, no color pack. Nothing. Just the skins. That way the whales can maintain their prestige and the rest of us get to enjoy the skins. -

I have a solution for this as well. Any game that has taken money from a playerbase and who is no longer able or willing to support said game. Should make said game avaliable to the fan community to keep alive. Just like the cost and scarcity issue the access issue is one that need not be a problem. It is an artificial construct. Yes people have to get paid but Reb was in Forbes 30 under 30 quite awhile ago. And they have their own con and are buying rights to NIN tracks. I think the company is doing just fine as are its devs and csrs. -

Im never letting go of this. I quit Blizzard games because of their tonedeaf response to the Blitzchung incident. The sexual assault allegations, lies and egregious predatory monetization. I quit League because of the sexual assault allegations and predatory monetization. And Ill quit Warframe too if this is the road they wanna take. To steal a line from Cpt Picard. The line must be drawn here, and no further. -

forgot they were bought out by tencent. Sighs that's really depressing and it really means you're likely right. The way they have made League a predatory monetization dumpster fire is demoralizing... if Warframes going that route and Im sure they are. Than it may be time for me to just uninstall like I did with Blizzard Activision. I'd rather support indie devs with my money if this is the future of the AA and AAA space. -

The silence from DE is deafening. They clearly don't want to correct the issue in a proconsumer way. Throwing more in game currency at the problem didn't solve it and wasn't remotely what was desired from the community. -

Nice to the page number. I won't be buying another pack or anything else from the game unless their is an additional pack without the bloat and a commitment to removing the FOMO. We gotta start putting our foot down as a community or these predatory monetization tactics are going to dominate every facet of our lives. Streaming... cars, even CPU's. This S#&$ is getting everywhere... and it always tries to push the limit of what the consumer will tolerate... pushing and pushing till it wears us down. In all honesty this is where Governments should step in and start regulating the market. -

Just add a pack without aya and plat involved and extend the window of purchase to a full year or indefinitely and everyone would be happier. Including DE who would likely sell more of these than they will if they do not do this. -

They didnt. They just added more plat to the packs. People want the FOMO and the currency bloat removed from the packs. -

i feel this so hard. Mag is my favorote frame. Even when she was maligned. I beat all the content with her. And While I do use Octavia a lot more now I shes still the frame I go to when I want to have fun. All I can think for warframe 1999 is that I hope to get to play proto Mag. Cause space ninja excalibur isnt really my jam. -

My car just blew up, I have to buy a new one. My taxes just came due. Ive got birthdays and Christmas gifts to buy. And Im on strike. Thanks for time gating your content and bloating it with unnecessary currencies that add an additional 40+ dollars. -

I don't think this really solves the issue. Removal of the platinum and the aya solves the issue. Selling the skins separately also solves the issue. It's not like I don't buy tennogen, or developer skins, trinkets and baubles throughout the year. I'm out there supporting the game. I'm just not a whale and this feels like a punishment for not being in a position to spend a lot of money in one sitting or being forced to spend it in a time limit. I would still prefer increased access by debloating the bundles so more people could enjoy the beautiful skins. I mean are these a celebration of Warframe? Or are they a celebration of those who can afford to drop a bag in the next three months. -
The price of Heirloom skins is incredibly disappointing.

omfg I just saw its also FOMO bait. What the heck DE. Remove the Plat and Aya and release the skins at a reasonable cost please. Also please reconsider time gating the purchase of the skins. There is no reason to use FOMO as a monetization tactic. You're better than this. -

I really was happy to see a new Mag skin but it seems they are reserved for the wealthy alone. For 90 dollars you could buy several triple a games on Steam. Or a whole cartful of indie games. And if this insanely high premium is going to be tied to these skins than why are they bundled? Just let us purchase the one we want. Its really disappointing but at 90 dollars for a skin we're getting into some sketchy territory. And before any apologists get in here and say its only a cosmetic. Need I remind you, fashion frame is end game. Fashion, style, creativity and art is a big part of the Warframe experience. It's part of the game play loop just as much as big number go up. Especially when your favorite frame (Mag) gets a sweet skin that is out of your reach. It's really deflating to be honest. DE could at very least divide the bundle into parts so you can just pick things alacart. Making it somewhat more affordable for everyone. -
Both me and a friend recently did the MR27 test and both encountered the same issue. Upon defeating the red enemies which drop the red orbs. A large hitching or lag spike would happen. It happened on high settings and on low settings. It happened while using Mag, Trinity, Gara, Titana, and a variety of different guns. It also happened in practice and the normal runs. I have an i9 9900k, 3080TI 64GB of RAM. The games installed on a Samsung SSD.
