Kinda wish the Powerclaw changes came before Dexcalibur went away tho.

[can't find hidden cephalon fragment transmissions]

I found out about the hidden transmissions under the fragments section of the codex, and I've tried to get the wildlife one, but I can't get the transmission to start. I think it might've been pushed off screen by some UI update as far as I've seen, and it hasn't been fixed since. DE pls fix
