  1. MokutoBunshi,

    Thank you!

I thank you for your support, however, when you mentioned lore inconsistencies, I beg to differ as there is more than a lot of evidence suggesting Grineer imperfections, some include Clem's speech disorder, Grineer laborers that were previously imperfect clones (miners and researchers), and the G3's special war mentality, which is still technically a defect, as they are mentally unstable

    ANYWAY... THANKS!

    The Guyver One,

I agree with your point on it being represented in CC effects and procs, but I do believe this is useful in at least a couple of ways, such as:

-Capturing a Target on a high level planet, e.g. Neptune

-Assassination missions where bosses are extremely difficult to concentrate on, e.g. Nightmare Trials, Earth (Vay Hek), and Uranus (Tyl Regor)

    -Capturing Interception Points/Destroying Sabotage Objects

That is just my opinion, and I respect your opinion as well as mine.

    Thanks for the feedback! =3\

  2. What it is:

The broad overview/summary of this is that it is a RNG effect that affects hostile Grineer and Corpus hostiles that are human on alert. The more detailed overview is that when a player or players break stealth in a mission, the immediate area has it's enemies enter a "fight or flight" response mode. For Grineer, all heavily armored troops are unmasked, as well as shield lancers and ballistas. Once the player breaks stealth by leaving evidence of their presence {keep in mind this is generally the same as the Corpus.} such as exploding a barrel near a unit, firing an unsilenced weapon, etc, the area will go on alert as it normally would. However, enemies enter the previously mentioned Fight or Flight mode, which has a 70% chance for enemies to ready themselves, which in this case is putting on there mask, or simply attacking hostiles, and a 40% chance for enemies to actually flee the area and do less damage to hostiles. Heavy units have a 80% chance to initiate the fight response.

As well as providing the advantage of less damage and inconveniences, these enemies have a chance to make a human mistake, and by that I mean they can accidently engage in friendly-fire and, in some cases, drop their weapon.

    Modular Implementations, Fear Gear Advantages:

Aura and Augment Mods can be added to a players arsenal that can increase a squad/player's chance to instill fear in hostiles, such as:

"Darkest Nightmare": Increases chance to instill fear by 5%/10%/20%/30% for the entire squad

"Reversed Polarity": Increases Loki's decoy ability to instill fear to enemies by 10%/20%/30% regardless of alert status

"Servant of Azrael": Causes Nekros' fear ability now has a 30%/40%/50% chance to cause enemies to engage in fear regardless of alert status

"Terrifying Fog": Causes Ash's smoke bomb ability to gain a 10%/20%/30% chance to instill fear in 2/5/8 meter radius regardless of alert status

"Monster": Causes Rhino's roar to possess a 10%/20%/30% chance to instill fear regardless of status

Cosmetic Item (Visible): Neurotoxin Ventilator: Applies an aura of fog that entraps foe in fear, ooooo spooky! Not Really but it appears to be a pair of Grineer shoulder patrons with a ventilator installed in them.

    Fight Response Efficiency Increase (Suggestion)

Enemies with a fight response result in them being bolstered, which causes them to utilize better Artificial Intelligence functions similar to the Stalker in certain missions than the other units, who fall behind the bolstered units and implement standard but slightly clumsier guerrilla tactics used commonly by hostiles. Enemies will also fall back if their large amount of their "squad" is killed in order to regroup with new squads, increasing survivability. As well as that, they could also defeat different frames in different ways, such as forming into larger clusters when attacking a tank (e.g. Rhino, Frost) and when attacking a manipulative frame (e.g. Loki, Mirage, Limbo). Otherwise, these enemies will exert the afore mentioned clumsy guerilla tactics. Note: This wouldn't mean that this is the only time they exert forms of higher A.I.

    - Shifted

This is a very rough/simple concept and I would extremely like criticism and up-votes if you like the idea.

Thank you for reading this concept,

    Spy (Sherlock Gnomes)

P.S: Corpus proxies do not experience this response as they are artificial beings, sorry Ultron D=

  3. Alright guys, after serious consideration, I now understand what the REAL ( Not Quite Confirmed but Close) purpose of the Red Veil Syndicate. This is only speculation, but I believe..

The Red Veil is really just the Stalker's Militia.

    Want proof?

Motive: The Stalker has an almost inhumane hate for us Tenno, and we now know we supposedly assassinated the Orokin Emperors in front of him, as we was a "Lesser Guardian", which probably means he was Non-Tenno security at the Ceremony in which the assassination took place.

Behavior: The Stalker is known for his choice arsenal which includes Hate, Despair, and Dread, all of which are slashing weaponry and have a black and red color scheme. Now look at an average Red Veil Operatives, who wield a modified red and black ballistica, a weapon consisting of sharp projectiles. This could also lead to the thought that the Red Veil is simply the Stalkers following. Vocally, the Stalker and the Red Veil's representative have similar tone of voice (A raspy whisper-like type of speech), though this might not have that much significance.

Stalker's Warframe:  Something supporting my theory of Stalker being a non-Tenno assassin is the fact that the Red Veil have, and have also demonstrated, that they have some knowledge of the Technocyte (Sorry about spelling) virus. This is evidenced by there deathsqauds/platoons and the Tank in which they house chargers. There could be, just maybe, a chance that the Red Veil and The Lotus have exchanged some form of communication, which could imply The Lotus might of talked about the anatomical structure of Warframes. This could explain how stalker now owns his own Warframe, he used the Red Veil as his sleepers (Spies).

But hey that's just a theory....

A GLAIVE Theory, Thanks for reading!

  4. Everybody, at one time or another, has been in situation where they required assistance, but were not able to get it and died to the hands of a stalker or leader/eximus. Then I came up with this idea:

    The Drahk Man {Grineer Vigilante}

Mechanics: Drahk Man only has a 70% chance of appearing when you complete a rescue missions (They can be faction missions)

    Statistics:

    Shields: 700

    Health: 475

    Armor: 20

    Composition: Flesh, Alloy, Fossilized

    Lore:

"It was a year after we had asserted our dominance on mercury, and the Queens, out of greed of power, were excessively cloning us who had been stationed on the Drahk Facility. They had thrown me into the Machine's Input against my will. The model which they used was a prototype, and it exploded in a humongous ball of fire. I was the lone survivor, and I wasn't far off from death. Just as I thought these would be my last moments alive, a Drahk Dragged me into its crude Den. They are quite intelligent for lower life forms, for they saved my life. I was stranded on earth for what seemed like decades, but I learned to survive the way the Drahk did. Then, on a cold night, I saw a GFL-class ship land a couple kilometers from my temporary shelter. I then studied the Grineer who had left the ship, and realized one was a representative for the Queens in the council. My rage overcame me, and like a savage I proceeded to execute all of the ships inhabitants. I then took one of my trained Drahk and a weapon that resembled a boomerang, and proceeded to start my mission of vengeance."

    Arsenal;

    Abilities:

-Summon Drahk: Summons a Drahk out of smoke cloud clad in the same leathery material as Drahk Man himself

-Utter Savage: Drahk Man jumps on an enemy, and then proceeds to due 5 290 damage hands strikes, which both stuns enemies and triggers 2 taunts (Which change accordingly)

    Weaponry:

-A Kogake style of fighting as his Melee

-A brightly colored Kestrel as his Long Ranged (Slower charge time then a Tenno because he lacks proper training)

    Appearance:

The Drahk Man's wardrobe is covered in a black leather cloak with a hood, in contrast to normal Grineer soldiers clad in heavy armor, with the addition of a bandolier and slightly more pockets then average and a short blank leather Syndanna.

    Confirmation of Mark:

To confirm that you are aware that there is a chance that the Drahk Man's arrival in a mission, you will receive mail from

The Lotus in a strange form of writing (LIKe ThIS) saying " Prepare for my arrival, -Username-.".

    Taunts:

-I imagined a very harsh whisper, kind of like Vay Hek-

    When using "Utter Savage":

    1. "You obedient Skoom!"

    2. "You small (Grinner speech disorder = "~") warse (~) then the Drahk!"

    On arrival:

This actually counts more as the effects on Arrival then actual Taunts,

A viscous Drahk roar is heard through out the map with an Thermal overlay being flickered onto the players screen.

Other random things I would like implemented into it:

-Upon getting the required amount of Scans for Drahk Man, you get mail from him posing as the Lotus, Rewarding you a Drahk Colored Genetic Make-Up kit for your Kubrow.

-Appears for 120 seconds (2 minutes) until disappearing

    Constructive Criticism is REALLY appreciated!
