I'm not entirely sure but I believe that the choosing algorithm does not differentiate between which weapons/warframes you own and which you don't

It's hard for me to tell, I'm a packrat and just kept almost everything, but I thought at some point it was described that it was based on your inventory.

  2. Yeah this weapon is messy.

If i go to equip the last mod slot, the crit chance goes down to default. But if I unequip the crit chance mod, put in whatever mod makes you go over the typical rank 30 point, then reequip the crit chance mod, and things should calculate properly, at least on paper.

    Edit:

Actually, moving mods around now just... just causes all strange things to happen, it did register voltaic strike until I removed something else.It does not want to register the last mod at all.

To meet the Mutagen Sample requirement, each Clan member would need to contribute 500 samples.

Ultimately, Clan research is meant to take cooperation and effort

I'm the only very active player in my clan, I was invited by a slightly less active but still playing MR19 player. I have gone out of my way to farm every single polychrome myself and paint the place, even though nobody uses it. It's my little space hobo shack (the dojo also has some of the old-school rooms which look fantastic painted, more reason why I would not want to leave). We have researched everything up until this point using either my own or the other players resources, it's literally a case of whoever logs on first pays. For this rifle we still need 3k samples to start research after dumping everything we have into it.

You are making ~massive~ assumptions, and very incorrect ones. You forget to factor in the fact that a lot of content is clan gated, and some people are in small clans just to get that content, not to be a part of an active community, so you should never assume a ghost clan is made of 10 active and interested players who have resources to spare. If you gate things behind a mechanic (clans) then expect people do to the minimum to pass that gate (join a clan) and not a single thing more.

500 samples per person is also very steep, even with the assumption that 10 players are active and organised to farm for it, I had 1300 stockpiled from my 2500+ hours played when I dumped it into the research without realising I had left nothing else for things I might want to craft elsewhere. I had "3 players" worth spare for playing the game almost every day for the last few years.

  4. The game is getting unplayable for me now. I have everything at low, or turned off. It will crash faster if I have any graphical setting above low. But it will still crash after some point. I play windowed fullscreen and normally with some sort of youtube or twitch stream going, this will speed up the time until a crash happens. Crash only ever happens in a mission, never in the liset. I've updated my bios, my drivers, checked my memory and keep temperatures low. I have not yet messed with TDR, so I guess that is my last shot.

Crash is a screen freeze, I can still hear and move around going by sound. But I have to alt+f4 the game so I don't get any crash information.

    I have 4k gsync screen, SLI EVGA GTX 780s. 16 Gigs of ram, i7-4770k, 64 bit Win10

I've sunk about 1600 hours into this game. But even I have my limits, and the last 2 or so months have been horrible. Also the fact that I resent not enjoying the game at full graphics despite having the machine I do.

Every other game rarely crashes ever, even the rare time it does, it is able to recover from the crash and allow me to keep on playing. This seems completely like a Warframe issue.

  5. I don't understand how any human with an honest heart could make a business model where you pay for the privlage of not getting what you wanted to buy. Seriously, it is a scummy move, a horrible underhanded way of trying to get money from someone Who Has Already Given You Money

Do not bite the hand that feeds you and expet it to try and give you more food as a result. Finance guy, market guy, whoever the hell thought this was a good idea, be a person, a decent human being next time and let the people who want to give you their money get something they actually want, not just a vague chance at it.

  6. I could not help but put some plat into trying to recreate the Tau Fire Warrior. (Complete with his little marker drone buddy, marks people with DEATH) I was doing this for myself but I guess since you are making a contest out of it, I'll enter.
