  1. Thanks for the response! I've opened a ticket but heard that the process can take quite long. Below is some general system info from DxDiag:

  2. Essentially, the game will run perfectly for a span of time, and then completely stop working. If I am running in borderless mode, the game window will basically disappear, however, I can still hear the sound in the background. If the game is in full screen, then I need to reboot my computer manually with the power button in order to use my PC again! I attached a link to the log files below, so if anyone could provide some insight it would be hugely appreciated. Cheers!
