It wasn’t working originally either that’s y I changed the NAT type from 3 to 2 and it didn’t change anything. I’m in contact with Nate from DE but it’s still isn’t solved and idk why

Can someone help me I changed my NAT type from 3 to 2 but I’m still having connection problems and can’t login to my warframe account(PS4)

Hi I have had no problems with the game up until a few days ago I started getting the network not responding thing and couldn’t log in so I reinstalled the game and made it worse as now I can’t get passed the first screen as it’s telling me “Unable to connect.Please ensure you have the latest Warframe update installed.” But I have the latest version of the game and PS4 software . I have contacted DE but I understand it’s a big company and I’ll take time for them to get back to me. I have an idea that I should dele my warframe data on PS4 but I’m afraid it will earse everything so someone plz help
