  1. To clarify the whole "box" idea - say we just buy nameable boxes for like, 10 plat or something... We put a box in our Gear/Emote wheel just like any other item - it can have a special button somewhere that allows us to name/rename it, tho it's really not necessary 🤷🏽‍♂️ Take any Gear/Emotes already on their respective wheel and then just drag & drop them into the box... If we unequip the box, we unequip everything in it - like dragon keys, for example... Repositioning should still work fine - drag and drop the box itself if you keep accidentally placing items into it instead of next to it... Allow boxes in boxes... We could have a slot in the box which removes items & places them outside the box on the previous wheel (like, if box in slot 1, item goes to slot 2) so we can remove items without unequipping-reequipping... Or, if it's easier, just make us unequip and reequip - no biggie 🤷🏽‍♂️ Let us have as many as we wanna buy 🤷🏽‍♂️ "WHAT'S IN THE BOX!? 😨"
  2. Could we please have an indicator as to whether a Gear or Emote item has been equipped yet or not? Like a lil check mark or something? I have a hard time keeping track sometimes (after forgetting to equip them after some time for example) Also, this is a side item, but I also think an "item" we should be able to add, and hopefully, more than one of them, is "boxes" which allow us to put sets of items all in one spot... if a "box" was selected, it would take you to another Gear/Emote wheel which worked exactly like the standard ones we already have, including hotkeys... So, for example, let's say I made a "Field Box" that has my Mining, Fishing, and Hunting equipment... But I want to organize all my lures, baits, pheromones, etc - yea? I make a "Tackle Box" with all my fishing stuff... Then I make a "Spear Box" and a "Bait Box"... I could then put the Spear & Bait Boxes in slot 1 & 2 of the Tackle Box, which is in slot 1 of the Field Box (again, for example - whatever you wanna do) - I could then just hit 1-1-1 and be looking at my spears (then hit one more hotkey to select the spear I want) You could do Key Boxes, Specter Boxes, etc - just make it so we create and place our own and it's a done deal This could incorporate the sub-gear menus you see when hunting and fishing where you may select tranq/spear, bait/call, modifier from sub-menus but that seems totally unnecessary and those can be left as is (pre-made boxes for the activity you're involved in? cool!)
  3. So, the reason I went w/ Minn is because although things like time and distance mean little in the Void, I got wondering, well why a VA warframe now? You'd have to have a warframe that manifests in the Void, right? Like, Limbo can already plane shift into and out of the Void... There were no warframes on the Zariman... The Angels and Warframes themselves only recently crossed paths... So, then I thought, well, the Cavia were made sentient in the Void, with Minn immediately lost... Then Tagfer - no, all three, maybe even Loid and you, the Operator, are all thinking about Minn. Especially with interacting with Tagfer... So, basically, Minn manifests as a Warframe because you're interacting with Tagfer and helping him as a warframe and this imprints on the Void (much like how Lotus is based on Margulis or whatever) and it's happening now because Minn's consciousness has been wandering, tortured, for ages in the Void but suddenly, Tagfer is out of stasis and you're all messing with the Void again, so you get her attention... Now, I got thinking Hel from Norse mythology because of Minn's death; Hel's rotting, bluish pallor compared to the Void's bluish corruption; and Jötunn from Norse mythology, who often have horns... Combining this with a Void Angel, and I imagine a very imposing stag-like Void Angel warframe... Minn wants to help, but has gone insane due to having life and love taken from her as soon as she became aware of them (as well as both dying and existing in the Void) making for a(nother) dark and tragic warframe well, I wouldn't say she returns from the void... given it would be in the form of a warframe which only contained her essence, it could almost double down on Tagfer's story arc - like he thinks he's getting her back, discovers a monster, and has to settle for her spirit to live on assisting the Tenno battle the terrors of the Void. I would make her abilities life and death themed - perhaps with some "death" dealing abilities for enemies and "life" abilities for friendlies, like healing and/or buffs... All of it in the style of a Void Angel
  4. I'm picturing something that like, almost makes like an AOE force field bunker that maybe turbo-charges any friendlies shooting out from beneath the dome Maybe gravity wells for CC and fields of fire Those Profit-Taker push-walls could be cool too - knock baddies away But Healing other Necramechs/friendlies would be pretty great, but like... at a Necramechs over-the-top magnitude! Maybe an aura or something. Like, if the other two are all over-kill, what if this one made your party unkillable (so long as it didn't run out of energy) - whether they're in necramechs or not And there's lots of missions where your Necramech can be taken down, especially when you first get them. I was just playing Profit Taker thinking how I wish I could repair/heal my necramech. 🤷🏽‍♂️ I also feel like it would help groups stay cohesive and on point during free-roam bounties without having to bring a Tank warframe yourself. I like it! (tho I think it should still be an Entrati design, if even they came out w/ Faction skins you could throw on any of them 🤷🏽‍♂️)
  5. Admittedly, I'm swooping this idea from a FB thread in a meme group ("Warframe Memes" - the individual asks not to be identified at all)... Someone had suggested a really cool angel-themed idea (w/ suggestions for abilities and stuff; like being able to cast feathers which they may recast to recall them back - knocking/stunning enemies, for example) BUT! Then it got me thinking (and posting there and here), not only would their idea be cool... But what if there was a warframe lost to the void which captured the essence of/embodied/became possessed by Minn... As Hela, the Void Angel warframe - ooooo, goosebuuumps, ya? (Hela from Norse Mythology, oc)
  6. When Warframe was announced, I remember reading what it was supposed to entail and it matched a literal list of what I looked for in games - I was stoked! However... I was also a raging alcoholic at the time and totally broke... My computer would crash on the demo/tutorial mission, so spending a few hundred dollars that I didn't have on a game I couldn't play was a no go... I think about it all the time. It's tremendously disappointing... I would've bought it as soon as a recovered and had the moola to do it. I went to buy it on January 5th - I was SOOO disappointed I missed the window... I would certainly appreciate another opportunity to pick up the item - I had gotten Steam cards and stuff for the Holidays so it was easier to fit in my budget and then they swoop it out... People talk about "breaking trust" regarding gate keepers worried about exclusivity (and the imagined status it conveys) but I would bet this "get it while it's hot" honestly does far more damage to community trust It like, gives me anxiety when they release stuff like this... I'm doing pretty good these days, but budget's still tight w/ Real Life stuff so worrying about whether I can budget something in within DE's arbitrary timeframe is stressful - when it shouldn't be 🤷‍♂️ do I like the game too much or something? I don't know... But, I saw someone mention the Founder's package and it reminded me... When Warframe was announced, I remember reading what it was supposed to entail and it matched a literal list of what I looked for in games - I was stoked! However... I was a raging alcoholic and totally broke... My computer would crash on the demo/tutorial mission, so spending a few hundred dollars that I didn't have was a no go... I think about it all the time. It's tremendously disappointing... I would've bought it as soon as I had the moola to do it. And here's the thing: licensing is a wash, as everyone is gonna get paid, thus, it's all arbitrary... and what's more, this type of exclusivity rewards nothing but wealth, cementing addition privilege and entitlements if we wanna get right down to it. Like, I've been following the game since before it released, start playing a few years in, wanna give em my money, and their answer: "NO! THE OLD BOIS WON'T LIKE IT - but enjoy our anti-capitalist themes, tee hee" ------ just... take my money and give me the digital stuuuff!! digital property was supposed to help eliminate bottlenecks - not highlight how ridiculous they are
  7. ah man, I didn't even think of Warframe mods that would boost "MMA" moves, lmao - THANK YOU FOR SHARING!! Also, that mod is absurd 🤣 imagine building some melee weap into a flat melee damage block and carried it in your pocket while Ninja Turtling through your missions Like, just find the biggest, slowest brick you can and start tossin damage mods on it before you go bowling 🤣 I bet you could easily do over 10k dmg
  8. ...like, we do it in Frame Fighter 🤷🏽‍♂️ (and to be clear, I do mean NOTHING equipped - not even Fist/Sparring weapons/melees)
  9. I wanted to acknowledge your comment on the Parazon but missed it before - I agree entirely... Utility/Finishers only... If it were a weapon substitute, it would have to work like an unmodded knife/shiv, imo this stems from my personal belief that Gear could house more actual weapons... Like, I think grenades, bombs, limited use arsenal choices, etc should all be available to deploy no different than Arch-Guns and/or hunting/fishing tackle... So like, say you have a smoke bomb Gear item... Selecting the smoke bomb would throw it, of course, and then the effect takes effect... Maybe flash-bangs... Maybe mines... whatever - it's a resource sink. On top of that, you could take things like the Throwing Knife secondary weapon and make them a Gear item, where you get a magazine/sleeve of that throwing item... ALSOOO!!! Make it so Gear automatically scales for the starting difficulty of the mission, so you don't need to worry about modding them for effectiveness, nor do you need to worry about Gear giving an unintended advantage with endless/scaling mission types Having Gear/Utilities like this would effectively force an Ash rebuild tho, lol (but most other Warframes/Weapons would likely keep their appeal) lol, yea I was thinkin there's already tackles and flying kicks - I just more meant other moves, so to speak, hahaha - like maybe a bicycle kick, for sake of example, lol otherwise, it would just be a gimmick... I can't imagine it would take a lot of code on DE's end. Maybe for the challenge of it... A way to jazz up a stream, mebbe... Perhaps you and your friends are just screwing around and wanna punch each other in the face, fair-and-square, in the Dojo Dueling Rooms. They gave us books - why can't I use me mitts?? lol ah man, they could have modules and call them "rings" [like how the Grimoire/Tome has Tome Mods which are basically pages for invocations and canticles] that you can equip 😅 they could have a legendary called, "I pity the fool" and it allows you to do mercy kills with your hands instead of parazon or somethin thus, at this point - I would focus 'unarmed' combat (that is, NOTHING equipped to your warframe besides parazon and exalted) being silly... Like giving you the option to pull Kuva/Sister WWE combat animations mid-combat... Like it could be less about mission clearing and more about looking cool and/or hilarious I feel you - like, there are totally fist/sparring weapons these days but reading your post made me think of "God of War" action-prompt sequences for things like Kata/Martial Arts... Like, almost more of a Shawzin-style rock-paper-scissors type thing you don't exactly use in combat. This is kind of separate from being completely unarmed, but your comments on Narta made me think of it.
  10. At the end of the day, none of the examples really rule out the other entirely - like, sure Kogane may protect their wearers from harm, but that doesn't mean Warframes need them to do serious damage w/ their bare hands and feet, yknow? Now, that said - this could also be implied by things like seriously reduced damage being entirely unarmed vs having fist/sparring weapons... Or you could do something like, if you're gonna give a speed bonus, make it so striking unarmed causes a slash proc on you as an offset... Personally, I think that's entirely unnecessary, with or without a smol speed/parkour boost, yknow? Especially w/ shields and what not... Just seems like we can shrug it off, like how we can't breathe in space or toxic environments, but have no orifices to breathe with in the first place, lol. Especially given a Warframe's athletic ability? If they needed oxygen or any Earth gases, they would need HAYUUUGE breaths - if they were super efficient w/ smol breaths, or breathing thru their skin, then they would be able to "hold their breath" a very long time... Like, we could go back and forth, but by the void, it just doesn't matter at the end of the day! y'know? Honestly, I think it would be cool if they allowed stances, but that's about it - keep it simple and silly, imo... Don't sweat if it fits or whether there's even supposed to be an advantage 🤷🏽‍♂️ zackly! so its sorta a thing already... So like, those warframes are ones who specialize in this sorta thing (think Excalibur and swords, right?)... For everyone else, it would be more of a goofy/for-fun kind-of-thing and/or a sort of challenge... Like, if you just wanted to make it harder on yourself because you're into that kind of thing - Maybe you're doing it for a stream? Who knows - there's like, +70million accounts (tho, not all active); who knows how people would entertain themselves with something so simple, yknow? I really like this comment! 🤣
  11. I feel like we should be able to unequip everything but exalted equipment (and void amp)... ...And then just run around punching and kicking everything in the face, or wherever, like you've only equipped unmodded/unstanced Fist weapons. ...DE could have things like flying kick jumping attacks or heavy attack body slams - whatever. ...Could also have a smol speed/parkour boost if no warframe equipment was selected (no primary/secondary/melee) and/or NW missions playing off such a feature - or mebbe slap fights in the Dojo Dueling Room 🤷‍♂️ PLUS! There's always the parazon - which not to get into a new subject - could always have some additional combat maneuvers sprinkled in. ...Like maybe the ability to equip it as a weapon through Gear Selection, like the Omni Tool or Arch-Gun, and then it works like a little shiv/whip/garrote and/or a grappling hook which pulls you to a spot, and goes right into wall cling if hitting a vertical surface 🤷‍♂️ or like, whatever (and just while I'm on parazons, I feel like 'Mercy Kills' should be called 'Executions', cos WOOOW are they brutal, lol, but whatever) I love all the new content but frankly, I'd be thrilled to see existing features get puffed up a bit while the art department stays busy w/ tilesets/enemies/animations 🤷‍♂️ not that the major feature releases aren't amazing (imo), again, I just think existing features could use a bit more meat on their bones
  12. I was being smart - it should tho, right!? 😅
  13. oh man... Roller Floofs (Beach Ball) for Glaives! (which are actually Chakrams, but who's watching 🤷‍♂️) and just while I'm getting carried away - how come I don't get cool Grineer Smoke-Siren-Flares to call my buddies?? how come I don't get a cool Corpus Spinning-Standard of Orbital Reinforcement to hail my squad? for why!?
  14. It's not shooting water squirts in mission like it should... please add Water Pistol skin (for pistols) and Lob-Blob skin (for thrown) as rewards too (water effects on them behd bois too) ...also... while it wouldn't set a good example for children and mehn-bois, I feel like there should be a beach towel melee skin... It should work like a whip 🤷‍♂️ Lob-Blobs could be a fun Gear item too, akin to Fireworks... Could have deployable boxes where squads can grab lob-blobs and fireworks and use them - even in community zones 🤷‍♂️ ...and why not balloons and beach balls (roller floofs), too 🤷‍♂️ ...deployable snow ball piles for flash snow ball fights 🤷‍♂️ ...play catch w/ a friend w/ a set of Lunaro Arcata emotes 🤷‍♂️ ...mebbe Marti Gras beads and/or Donuts 🤷‍♂️
  15. we're only rich because the infinite copies of ourselves pool resources to address infinite realities... we're both infinitely rich and infinitely poor if it helps you sleep at night, you should imagine the infinite copies of you who've done this type of charity; the infinite copies of you in which that charity was unnecessary (for whatever reason); or even the infinite copies of you which never made contact with the Void, and thus, remain the most remote versions of you - those who have none of your Tenno concerns ------ This is why you may edit your appearance at will without changing who you are - you're so infinite, you have infinite human forms (within the game's customization capacity, lol)
  16. That's the thing - they could basically do anything they want w/ the whole Time-Space Paradoxes presented by the most recent content - could make for some very interesting scenarios/mission types on top of recycling existing content lots of us would love to re-explore - especially through the lens of hindsight! Like, new content makes many of us want to revisit old content now that we know where the story went... I'll notice all kinds of "ah-ha!" moments watching friends play old quests. Not to mention, I oftentimes miss various lines in the middle of missions/combat; or worse yet, accidentally skip lines, cutscenes, etc - forcing me to find it on YouTube and watch someone else do it. Or even just seeing what the characters say given other choices 😕 Not true - New War and the Duviri Paradox have the operator/drifter co-existing in the present together in spite of being from different timelines altogether (plus, from different points on their timeline)... That's the whole thing w/ the Void - time/space/distance isn't really a thing there. Shoot, the most recent content has folks returning to the year 1999...... Basically as Trent Reznor the Commando, lol. ⚠️ Basically, what makes the Void, and the Tenno's ability to control it, so uniquely powerful is not only does it allow the Tenno to become 'aware' of their infinite selves... (who may have infinite forms, which is why they let you change everything about your appearance at will without it changing who you are as a Player-Character) ...But for them to collaborate and even share their realities - like, once a Tenno contacts another copy of themselves, anywhere in time-space, they can even share an inventory! This is why we may kill the same bosses over and over (even ignoring things like cloning, transference, and continuity; or simple sheer numbers and scale) - we're effectively doing it in infinite realities that only the Tenno may share. On top of that, all of us play as "the Chosen Operator" from our own perspective, with everyone else in the game as "a regular Tenno Operator" - we all know we're the Chosen Operator in our own "universe" but also know every other "regular Tenno" (other players) are the "Chosen Operator" in theirs... We can also communicate with one another instantaneously, and even potentially instance ourselves into each other's universe to reinforce one another... Concepts like these raise questions like, "what of the universe's in which we perished, or didn't exist? where the Tenno never came to be at all?" or "Are their evil versions of me? Like, not just 'man in the wall' Wish/Temu copies of me, but actual versions of me which were gleefully loyal to the Orokin? Are they the Stalker?" and so on Plus, there's things like timeless loops - like what the Drifter's in the Duviri Paradox experience. DE could do aaanything they want w/ Warframe rn, and it would technically make sense. It could be utter nonsense and we'd all have to be like, "welp, the void" 🤷🏽‍♂️
  17. The floor in the orbiter bathroom should be a fish tank, like in the lounge - plz and... TANKS! 😅
  18. oh! the Device could also be used to render various zones "as they used to be" - for example: Fortuna prior to the New War/Narmer it could also be used to have a mission in which choices you've previously made impact what happens on that mission... Like if you haven't done any side/warframe quests when you get there, none of the characters introduced in those quests will be either... The time travel device could be used for players to reconfigure such things from a software/mechanical standpoint - basically give players a UI which allows them to: -replay a quest -change the outcome of those quests -revert to previous game states/instances
  19. Maybe something like this has been lined up w/ 1999, BUT! I've been thinking since well before the introduction of the Drifter how it would be cool if we could replay old quests through some time travel mechanism... Now with everything introduced by the New War and Duviri Paradox, plus Whispers in the Walls now, it's a shoe-in. Mebbe you help Loid fix the Time Tomb or Clock Coffin he had previously smashed (maybe you go back in time to stop him from smashing it in the first place... time paradox?)? Whatever the device is, it could... be cool to replay old missions/quests at will, once completed (obviously, before completion, there may be prerequisites and qualifying criteria, oc) potentially change your light/neutral/dark stance based off decisions you've made - this could potentially be a new farm off of your creepy operator/drifter Void Ghost kids... Light Sided operators/drifters may have Dark Sided whispers/ghosts randomly attack them, like Syndicate Rivals or The Stalker Dark Sided may experience Light Sided ghosts Neutral sees no random encounter, unless prompted by another player's alignment oc (just like Syndicates) They could have cool operator/drifter drops, like weapon components, amps, and cosmetics this shouldn't require a ton of development on DE's part either - most these mechanics already exist in game be used to obtain other quest rewards, like different decoration items (Glast's Gambit, for example) and/or edit a choice you made (Space Mom's name) Just like NW rewards or similar, if you already earned a reward, I don't think you should get duplicates - 1 per account If you edit a choice though, that choice should stick until the quest is replayed yet again be used to farm drops housed specifically inside quest missions - including previous NW episodes!! For example, this could be used to revisit The Wolf of Saturn Six instead of making him a deployable item... Personally, that seems to fit better within the lore of the game at this point and could still cost NW credits I'm not saying we should be able to replay the previous NW Seasons this way... as that defeats the previously assumed purpose of them but... that would make WF/DE the first to do such a thing with seasons and... would also allow DE to remove duplicate rewards from each Seasons lineup, just for those who missed them keeps their story relevant fits under DE originally announcing they would likely revisit some episodes of NW in future iterations (something they seem to have gotten away from given, I'm assuming because of the effort required to pump out side-stories while maintaining focus on core content) ...But you could - mostly just to enhance the replayability and farmability of previous storyline elements, be they core elements or side items really flex on how bizarre and powerful the Void and the Tenno's abilities truly are... Like, Tenno are rapidly approaching/exceeding the power level of other franchise's beings... Like Jedi, Space Marines, Spartans (easily), Saiyans, etc In short, I'd been thinking about how we could replay quests in the thread of the lore but with no way or idea how it may appear in Warframe... This is no longer the case given the main story has introduced all kinds of concepts which make the choices we've made moot (outside of the novelty of experiencing it for the first time - something you only get once)
  20. I've considered it - like you sponsor/transference Grineer/Corpus warframe knockoffs? ANYTHING that is a straight PvP experience which doesn't distract heavily from PvE content and does not require constant balance maintenance The only way I see that happening is keeping it simple... Like Doom, Quake, or Unreal Tournament - Shoot, even Halo... Straight "pick-up-and-play" experiences, by and large. (but on the other hand, not Destiny 1 or 2, as they have PvP gear/mechanics, like PvP World of Warcraft does... Both studios pump TONS of resources into their PvP balancing to make the work, which I don't think is a good idea for Warframe/DE at this time)
  21. so long as they can be selected in the match, I don't have beef with mods in particular, for the reasons you explain... This is mostly to streamline the experience so DE can work it properly - otherwise, they're not inherently problematic... You could have a Conclave Mastery for gate-keeping/progression/prestige as well, if mods were kept, but you could also keep the Conclave Mods as is - it's just I believe it would be problematic for selecting your arsenal within the match (a fair amount to code, relatively speaking, if nothing else) However, on the other hand, "almost essential" mods break PvP by introducing a Meta... You do not want "Meta-Builds" for PvP as that intrinsically makes it about your loadout, not skill... Yes, how you use the 'meta' is based on skill, but it indicates imbalance. Also, most base weapons shouldn't knock people down, leaving only tackles and slams as a reliable way to stun/stagger opponents - this is acceptable (especially if all players had a slightly buffed knock-down recovery in PvP) The issue w/ Warframe Passives and Abilities is they are designed for PvE gameplay, so it would be extremely difficult to design them for PvP balance - you'd effectively have to rebalance all the warframes everytime a new one is released!! Extremely problematic - this is what makes it so that Conclave is effectively an entirely different game within Warframe and why people saying 'it drains DE's resources' gains merit... To the point, Warframe is not a PvP game, so even I do not want them spending so much time on balancing PvP... It should always be a side-thing unnecessary to PvE progression and thus, we PvP'ers shouldn't want DE to spend a lot of resources on it without releasing something new This means mods, abilities, etc have to go, otherwise, they will consistently need to be re-addressed... This would effectively stop Conclave development (much like we see now) Side note... Unfortunately, the PvP 'regulars' (like you) who loyally participate in the Dive Bar that is Conclave should expect the experience to change drastically if it were to be rebuilt as currently it's only attractive to an extremely narrow niche of players at the moment, and thus, why it doesn't get the attention it really should have... Especially given the games success... Now, I'm definitely not knocking your opinion or hating on what you've presented here (I saw your post from a few days ago too, and really like some of your ideas there - as you can see, we have very similar expectations and seem to run into the same kind of resistance I do) - simply saying 🙂
  22. Duviri introduces some of these mechanisms... Picking equipment at the start... Power-ups - though they shouldn't be semi-permanent in PvP, like they are in a Duviri run... I'm not saying it should work like it does in Duviri, but rather, these types of mechanics already exist in the game
  23. While I understand much of the Tenno Community has no desire to engage in PvP - there are many of us who do I would recommend the following changes for a streamlined but engaging PvP experience: Remove all abilities, passives, mods, mastery, amps, etc, etc from Equipment Standard/Basic gameplay mechanics only, like bullet-jump (including tackle), wall-cling or run, parry, slide/roll, etc... Equalize all Warframe stats/attributes and give them all the same PvP 'best-fit' hit box only used in PvP which ignores cosmetic attachments entirely Small warframes will appear to take more damage since the PvP hit box may match their stature more... ...Whereas larger warframes will appear to take less damage since the PvP hit box will likely be somewhat smaller than their actual PvE hitboxes Either way, it shouldn't break immersion Thus, your Warframe choice is strictly aesthetic Warframes would therefore operate almost the exact same way as they do in a Relay/Dojo/Hub except of course they could use their weapons Make it so weapons are selected in the match and do not require the player to own them, nor require some Mastery Rank - and remember, no mods, amps, etc on Equipment There could also be weapon drops and power ups on the map itself It should feel like Unreal Tournament, Quake, or similar turbo-charged PvP which largely ignores Character Development... Just jump in a match and start blastin your opponents Again, ZERO abilities, passives, mods, amps, etc... It's completely unnecessary - Remove PvP mods entirely (we don't need some perk system, like CoD or whatever) and refund the endo I would recommend not having all weapons available for selection... Instead, have some base weapons which represent various arch-types well (typically lower MR weapons) Then have some flashier, higher powered weapons players can pick up on the map, like power-ups, which have limited ammo (typically higher MR weapons) AND AGAIN!! NO MODS/AMPS/ETC - No Vandals, Primes, Kuva, etc weapons... Base stats/attributes ONLY!! This model, if proven to be successful, could be adapted to Operator PvP modes (who have their Basic Gameplay Mechanics, like Void Sling and Void Mode but otherwise, would select equipment in match and have no Amps) It could also be applied to multiple gameplay modes, including traditional modes - like TDM, King o the Hill, Capture the Flag, etc - but could also include things like Index or similar mission types... Also, you could have competitive mission types (think the Deimos Bounty where you compete against the Grineer, Invasions, or old school Solar Rail Conflicts - tho, I'm not recommending those things be made into PvP events specifically... Just for sake of example) Take it another level, and you could use Free Roam maps for PvP events - K-Drive, Archwing, and Necramech Races and/or Combat... Battle Royale (for either Warframes or Operators)... You could do Tower Defense/MOBA type PvP, like Smite You could also apply this model to Railjack Missions AGAIN - THE MAIN IDEA BEING STRIP UPGRADES FROM BASE EQUIPMENT AND ALLOW PLAYERS TO PICK NON-COSMETIC EQUIPMENT IN THE MATCH THUS: ALL players have access to the same equipment, especially without MR or OWNED requirements This brings inherent balance to any PvP event and simplifies the coding for DE to implement Also, this surprisingly HAS NOT been attempted in Conclave, which in my honest opinion, just highlights 'Founders' (aka Orokin) and DE have been approaching PvP all wrong from the get-go, perhaps trying to 'make a Warframe PvP game' not realizing we just need a space to shoot each other on equal footing w/ 'Warframe Base Mechanics' - that's it... Like, it shouldn't be anywhere near as complicated as PvP/Conclave Patch Notes have illustrated DE's previous attempts at implementing a functioning PvP experience to be...
  24. oh worth mentioning, it's also wider - to the right...
