its probably because Heat proc got reworked,
CitaHeat Status procs now reduce targets' armor to 50% of the original value, with subsequent Heat procs refreshing the duration. Not hot enough for you? Applying the Status proc multiple times also turns up the Heat, dealing more damage per tick as the flames increase.
so you need to be careful of any enemy that use heat damage

use khra, fass, netra
the red one (netra) indicate that is in the wrong slot (2nd) and should go in the 3rd slot, you already know khra is correct in the 1rst slot-

I fixed it by closing the game, cleaned the internet explorer (Microsoft edge) browsing data, and resetting the router and opening the game again and got fixed.
if that don't work some people say you need to get wrong intentionally 1 of the requiem and then try the correct requiems again to fix it (but i don't know if that work) -
i was having the same problem, but it got fixed when i updated my windows 10 which also updated the drivers, and now i can play without random fps drops or random screen freeze

The issue OP is trying to raise is that he stabbed the Lich and the Lich didn't level up after being stabbed, sometimes this happens with lag and happens very often if you get matched with a laggy host

Mainly reactors, although I had to junk a nicely decorated Observatory. =( I found a cheap-ass way to verify positions between levels. Namely call up your floor plans for both levels use your phone to snap a pic send via email to your 'puter and line up elevator positions in photoshop to verify nothing above or below.
you can place markers to try to check positions between floors, i think it could be faster if you join team with clanmates and each one take positions in different floors and place markers nears the doors to check in the map if there are something above or bellow, like for example you place a marker near a door and you clanmate on the other floor should go to the place in his/her floor and check if there are something there like others dojo rooms so you discard that door and check another or try to build to a direction without interference. but i dont know if your teammate can see markers in the dojo
the bug thing is weird sometimes just happens from using teleporters between different floors -
if i didn't read your post i would not even noticed they added the seasonal items to the market

This old bug happens when the Rumblers duration expire while you are in operator form, so basically you will need to check the rumbler's timer before using the operator to avoid getting nerfed by this annoying bug

Endgame is when new content get added and you start rushing to fight the enemies optimizing your build after each fight, before they get nerfed then your builds are too op for them, and then accept that is natural and remember the histories that the people that got you on the game used to tell you about, and understanding they feelings, truly a magical moment.

in each point there are 2 consoles you must protect these to avoid losing the point to the enemy.
in the HUD you will see the points ABCD. if they are marked with a red triangle over them is because the enemy is trying to capture them so you must rush to that point to defend it you can use your "rhino stomp" or frost "avalanche" or banshee "silence" or excalibur "radial blind" or "radial javelin" to win some time to clear the enemies but prioritize the ones near the consoles to avoid losing the tower.
you can deploy specters to help you protect the points. -
you can use the normal tigris if you like the weapon, rivens for the tigris are not necesary they are so low disposition that you don't know what mod remove to fit the riven because everything else is better than wasting a slot on a riven

the only reason to use ordis as cephalon for the railjack is because we already have a slider to mute him, but with cy we will need to wait for enough people to complain to get the slider. but at the moment i just prefer cy for the railjack something new and fresh, but in the end as time passed we will be tired of hearing the same voice no matter who it is

depend for who is the stat stick, for atlas use dmg, elemental and impact mods, for khora dmg, elemental and crit mods, for gara add elementals and slash or puncture, depend on which one you will use, pressing 1 use puncture and holding 1 use slash.
but you can check the wiki to get what kind of damage affect the skill of the specific Warframe, example gara stick have 0% crit chance so using crit mods is not recommended
in my case for Atlas and Gara I just use the Paracesis and slap all the maxed damage mods i can, for Khora i got a weapon with a riven with elemental and crit that work well, but i know the riven will soon be nerfed and i will need to prepare another weapon -

i couldn't control myself so i bought the drones bundle and the Vignette Collection bundle now i need to remove some stuff to be able to place those 14 warframe articulas

Weakness and Resistances are just flavor text, Mod for crit and corrosive, that is the true weakness of them all, if you have zenurik you can slow them down with the temporal blast if you have that focus node

in the end i got them from spy mission, somebody told me that grineer asteroid missions don't work for the drops

you need to get out, and destroy the thing with the red marker to release the lockdown, then go inside again and hack the console
i was confused the 1rst time too
