Not sure if it will help, but you can link your steam account and use steam wallet for payment and region settings. I'm sure with a bit of research and a few keywords, you might find a workaround.

The host shouldn't be able to trigger that. Make it so it pulls everyone to extaction after 5 seconds or disable it for the host, wich will make it to leave the squad before extactins and result in another host migration not solving the issue. Or just put the user as a host if host migration failsand solve host migration issues for another modes as well But the fact is that Zariman WILL break the match 100% of the times if you didn't got lucky to become the host.
