Typing more than 2 characters in the search box in inventory window will cause game UI to freeze. I can still use chat window and view player profile, but nothing else can be done and I must force quit the game. This just happened after the latest hotfix.

Remember what change DE did to Regal Aya packs when Prime Resurgence just launched? Add platinum, and that's it. Although the reasons why people were angry about Regal Aya packs and Heirloom packs may be different, adding more platinum is probably the easiest way to calm many people down. You can continue to feel unsatisfied (I totally understand that), but DE did give an answer although this answer is not the answer many people want.

They already answered by adding more platinum to those packs. Believe or not, DE probably isn't gonna respond a second time since if DE gives in to player pressure again, some people will find that they will eventually get what they want as long as they keep asking DE for more, which means this kind of scenario (in which DE has to give in) will definitely happen again.

Write a 50-page essay to prove your point of view. It will be easy for you, I am sure of it.

I said earlier, I am not here to judge whether their response is acceptable or not. Stop trying to force people to choose sides.

Of course people are gonna fight but no further changes will be done to current Heirloom Collection probably. Hopefully future bundles (if they exist) will have more flexibility.

I'm not here to judge whether adding more platinum to the packs is acceptable. There will always be people who are not satisfied no matter what changes have been done. DE is already "playing dead" imo. DE might take a look at players' response in this topic, but that doesn't mean DE has to respond a second time.
