    Seems pretty obvious to me that he's a maniac.  If we start calling things by applicable words to describe them, we also have the Grineer Fat, the Corpus Blue, and the Infested Fast.

  2. The phrase "If engaged" suggests you have the option of hiding? Have you considered being a coward for a day?

     

    The 7-day hordes cheat, and find you even if you try to hide using the techniques that should work normally.

  3. The first time I tried 7 Days, I didn't know what was going to happen and died horribly. Got pissed off. Gave up for a while.

     

    The second time I tried 7 Days, I went to a town, found a large brick building, and fortified the *crap* out of it.  The walls were reinforced with iron-plated wood and a fighting rampart atop the reinforced part where I could take cover from the spitter guys. There was a deep moat, with spikes and an access path to clear the crud out, and more spikes around the moat at ground level, and the inside wall of the moat was stonework with sheet metal over it. The only way in being to jump over it at on specific point.

     

    Zombie horde? Pls.

If you want to talk pug teams on low level content where you don't know anything about the other players or what they are bringing, which seems to be what's going on given how many times some flavor of "but only in premeditated teams" has come up , then I suggest Rejuvenation is the best aura you can have. There's only 2.5 warframes that can heal team mates, so odds are on your side that you don't have one on your team.  Three HP/second will take the edge off toxin and bleed procs and keep your squad of ugly ducklings going better than anything else.

  5. * Max power efficiency builds. A single Energy Siphon gives enough energy that I get to use my first ability for effectively no cost every 10.4 seconds.  In a full team, that would be once every 2.6 seconds.

     

    * Energy restore pads are not free to use.

     

    * Rifle scavenger is nice if you need it, but only useful if you're using rifles and more specifically rifles with absolutely miserable ammo economy.

     

    * For high level content against armored enemies, corrosive projection is mandatory. Surprised you didn't mention this.

  7. (gravi = gravity thingy)

     

    1.) The fact that you can detonate the gravi while it's in flight is nice, but they fly quickly relative to their actual AOE radius when doing this.  Making it so that the gravi sticks to things on impact instead of bouncing off would make this a much nicer to use mechanic.

     

    2.) Feedback from the weapon is very disappointing. It just kind of chirps and enemies fall over dead. A visual shockwave that indicates an explosion took place, combined with adding ragdoll to bodies killed by it, would make it feel more meaty. Also no visual feedback for how long an active singularity has on its duration. Perhaps effects could die down as it gets closer to collapse.

     

    3.) The gravity well mode feels basically pointless. The radius is tiny, the damage is mediocre, and enemies aren't fazed by it at all. Suggest that it be possible to keep pumping gravi into an active singularity to increase its size/damage radius while reducing its duration. At 10 shots (i.e. empty the magazine), the singularity reaches its maximum size and immediately explodes with devastating force and large damage radius, while sucking in all the bodies and loot.

  8. So we know that Snow Globe will throw enemies outside of itself when cast.  As part of the drive to make Frost less of a sit-there-and-take-it defensive player, what about a new kind of scalability on the power?   Instead of absorbing fire from enemies for a short time after cast, make it so that it gains the HP of the enemies that you threw with the Globe.  This would give a much more risk/reward type of gameplay, where the more aggressively you charge into groups of enemies, the stronger the resultant Globe becomes.

  9. I'm very okay with the Karak Wraith.  Damage isn't insane, but it's really accurate and gets plenty of status procs.  Not quite on par with the Braton Prime but it's trying very hard to be a top tier weapon. Sounds cool, easy to use.

     

    Can't stand the Wraith skins though. I would use the Karak and Latron Wraiths a lot more if I could reskin them to not be so edgy. Gotten tons of use out of Gorgon Wraith, due to grineer desert warfare skin.

  10. Was playing today with an under leveled gun against some tough enemies, and it struck me that it's really awkward to get a sense of how much you're hurting something.  We see damage numbers but we don't know how many HP the enemy has so they don't really serve as anything more than a visual indicator of the fact that we hit. And we have a health bar, but it's at the top of the screen, so you need two sets of eyes to both watch the health bar and keep your crosshair on the target.

     

     

    Solution: Option to move health bar to close to the reticule or over the enemy's head so we can get a more realtime sense of proportionately how much damage we are doing? (and make it smaller obviously)

    Which admittedly, is practically impossible with crit and status weapons, which are the main two things Warframe builder can't calculate.

     

    Hm?    WFBuilder figures in crits. What it doesn't do because it can't possibly know, is crit headshots.  That's why weapons like Soma Prime are, in actual gameplay, much more powerful than WFBuilder suggests if you are skilled enough as a player to score head shots.

     

    It's okay as a theory crafting site, but hands-on DPS isn't so neat and tidy. There is no substitute for actually using a weapon.

  12. when new enemies come into the area

     

    But that's the problem right there. Aside from Defense type missions, Warframe is not a game where you sit on place and twiddle your thumbs.   You cast Chaos, run through the mosh pit, find another room jam packed with enemies and now you can't Chaos.  Letting it be recastable fixes this problem of static "area denial" gameplay.

  13. The Chaos augment is kind of pointless as it is now. The combination of short duration and range means that enemies who come late to the party pretty much never get hit by it.  Lots of people wanted Chaos to be recastable instead, but the problem there is that enemies have a nasty bout of stunlock when hit by Chaos so you could literally shut down enemies from anything at all by casting it every few seconds.

     

    So what if instead: make Chaos so you can recast it when it's already running but it only affects enemies who are not already under Chaos. So you get all the new arrivals, and they stagger then go crazy and start murdering eachother... But enemies who were already Chaos'd have their own specific instance of the effect, will not be staggered (again), and will have their personal Chaos wear off at whatever the original duration was.

     

    Gives Chaos the flexibility that Nyx mainers want, but prevents the hardcore abuse of stunlock.

  14. What evidence do you have that the Sentients have skulls and that they would be made of bone?

     

    To me, it's all in the name. "Sentient" is used as a proper noun. In order to be meaningful as a designator, there would have to be something similar to them which is not sentient...  To me, that means a machine species.
