    Example?  When I try this, it seems to work okay.

    Started with a Synapse, which has 39% critical chance. Add Point Strike, which makes it critical chance 0.39 * (1+1.5) = 97.5%. So it is just below orange crits. When I kill an enemy with a head shot,  I get an additional 120% critical chance (from Scope itself) which pushes the final crit chance to 0.39 * (1+1.5 + 1.2) = 144%,  plus 40% critical chance from the first stack.  Each stack adds 15.6% final crit chance, which I see reflected in the game, where I see red crits happening at 4 stacks (206.4%) and 5 stacks (222%)

    The way this currently works is that you get the config slot of your exalted item that matches the chosen slot of your warframe. So if you choose config B of your Titania you get config B of your Dex Pixia. If you choose a warframe slot that doesn't HAVE a matching exalted config, you get the default build instead

In next hotfix we will change the dialog box to be more accurate.  The real requirement is SSE 4.2 instructions, as per the info provided in the update notes and as warned last year in our system requirements PSA. Sadly SSE4A is not the same thing as SSE4.2,  and your CPU no longer meets the minimum required system.  The oldest AMD CPUs that support SSE4.2 are the "Bulldozer" architecture, which includes chips in the FX-4000, 6000, and 8000 series.

    Surely the Armor per second is a typo, right? Or does this give up to 6000 armor before expiring?

    Amended the notes. You do not turn into a slab of armor by keeping the duration going.

    All 3 of the crashes you've submitted indicate an issue with your video driver. You should first try updating to the latest stable driver, and if that doesn't help, try turning off any overlays or "graphical enhancements" that you have running.

  6. Turns out that Archon Hunt was indeed the problem, it added the enemy defense buffs in a slightly different way than the Sortie, which confused the ability.  Making games is hard. Fixed for next update!

  7. You'll need to supply more details, ideally builds and videos, if you're still seeing something wrong.  The bug as we understood it was that Nyx Bolts could not fully remove shields from Corpus enemies on the Steel Path and we fixed that in update 32.0.7

  8. We've uploaded a fix directly into the server-hamsters brains that should fix things. If you are still experiencing problems, please list some details!

    - Who did you try to invite or message, and how?  (/whisper command, /invite command, clicked on their name etc)
    - Where were you when you tried to message/invite?  (Friends List, watching Recruiting, pasted a command into a text box etc)
    - What was the time?
    - What was the exact error message given?

    If everything is working fine we'd also appreciate some confirmation of that too, for reassurance :)

So, for DX11 mode,  normally the video driver will build a cache of all the graphical shaders that a level will use.  A huge amount of CPU usage is a one-time thing where your video driver will compile all the shaders, and then put them in the cache so that it doesn't need to do it again next time you play.  If you're seeing this happen repeatedly, then it probably means that your shader cache isn't working correctly.

    Check your GPU control panel and make sure that you have not disabled the shader cache nor constrained it. This should be on Default unless you have very specific reasons not to.  Likewise make sure that your storage device is not dangerously full.

    Your shader cache for warframe might also be corrupted. You could try deleting the Nvidia shader cache and then running the game normally. In this scenario we would expect very high CPU utilization the first time you load into a level, but only the first time.

    Failing that... realistically speaking DX12 is the future and runs much better on modern hardware! If DX12 works great for you and DX11 does not, then seems like a great time to switch.

  10. Please don't necro 4 year old threads, it doesn't help us, and it doesn't help you either. The game evolves over time.  We need up to date information on how to reproduce bugs on the current live game, not repeat bumps of vague bugs that might be related but probably are not.

    We are currently investigating some new issues with Transference after the Veilbreaker update that would affect client players especially if they have low-spec hardware or high ping.
