Well I tuned in for at least 45 minutes and got nothing. I'm tired of padding twitch views for DE and getting nothing in return. They should've just made this a log in reward.

Yeah I couldn't get the stream to stay up because a big storm here hit shortly after it started. I guess that free umbra forma just wasn't meant to be for me.😔

Yeah that is what I have been thinking ever since they first teased this update and I don't think it is a good idea. I think it's safe to say most people got into warframe because of the frames and how they play. Im not sure many of us would be here if the game was called operators or drifters and focused on that gameplay from the start. Warframe is ten years old and people want to move on and make something different, I get that and it's fine. I'm sure using a old game to promote a new one is nothing new as well. DE is great and I know we don't know much about soulframe still but I honestly have no desire to check it out.

Ok but I'm wondering when this same reward chain comes back will we have to start over? Like I'm about half way there to getting that wolf armor set now so I will have to start over to get it when it returns?

So does our progress start over when it comes back? I haven't been playing as much and have missed alot of the patch notes and what not. This question is for anyone here that knows.

For me it's the timer, knowing that I'm going to miss out on something cool and exclusive if I don't do all of these extremely specific things as soon as possible just makes it stressful and bothersome. Honestly it starts to feel more like work after a while, it's the reason I hated things like raids in MMOs.
I just don't like feeling like I have to do something and I have to do it now in video games, I like to be able to take my time if I'm going to be progressing toward something.
Yeah I tried nightwave for awhile but found it to be boring/time consuming and not challenging at all.

Yeah what's crazy is Anthem was never on my radar for games to get but I got my a new pc a little over a month ago and Anthem was one of the free games i got with my graphics card. Its pretty much all I've played since its release and i already got over a hundred hours in it. It's like Warframe and Destiny had a baby all wrapped up in a pretty package. But when it comes overall content then I just call it Warframe-lite hehe.

I never been a fan of cel shading so I couldn't get into the borderlands games. Plus I prefer 3rd person when you can customize the way you look....seems wasted in first person.

Hehe yeah I caught that too. It's cool to jump on hate trains now more then ever it seems. It's a shame because Anthem is actually alot of fun to play...especially on max settings averaging 70+fps on my ultrawide gaming monitor.😁

Yeah I guess I'm burned out too...probably because I've been playing this game for over five years and have over 4k hours in hehe. Also I got Anthem for free with my new graphics card and have been enjoying it since it released. But I will always come back to see what's new in warframe as long as the servers are up.😁

Yeah I've had this problem the last three times I logged in to play now. I'm 54 of 100 for that opticor vandal and its easier/not as boring with a group then going solo. I hope we get a few extra days to do this now.

Yeah this right here! I'm glad I'm not the only one aware of that movie hehe. It's also the reason why I feel like this character is out of place in warframe. Wish I could turn her off.

Oh I absolutely agree EA is bad about doing all that. I also should be honest and point out that I never followed or was hyped for anthem because of EA. I too would've passed on Anthem but I got it for free with my graphics card. So I guess thats why I've been really surprised by it. Also i think the monetization of cosmetics (so far) is really fair. You can unlock all the cosmetics by playing and it's not a ridiculous grind for them.

Yeah unfortunately most people's opinions are influenced by reviews or by what some streamer says. I think warframe is better then destiny but Im sure destiny has made way more money then DE ever will from warframe. I remember Warframe getting reviews like anthem when it first released...glad I didnt let them sway my opinion hehe.

But destiny got like 8 and 9s from most critics when it released. I didnt see anywhere near the hate that anthem is getting. Also it takes longer to level up playing solo in anthem. I play with randoms all the time and got about 20 hours in. I'm Level twenty and nowhere near maxing any of the three javelins that I got. I've seen where it can take 20 to 25 hours just to complete the story...not counting any side missions.

Imagine warframe with only Scana available as your melee, only Fortuna Available as the one map, imagine only excal/mag/rhino/volt as the only frames in the game. That is essentially Anthem; that map is an ocean-wide, but gameplay is only ankle-deep. I cannot think of one reason as to why I should pick up anthem once my one month origin access runs out. I am max level with near-max gear, by comparison, it took me 3000 hours in warframe to get to the point of running out of things to do. Maybe Anthem will be worth it in a year when they had time to add in some more content.
Destiny was bare bones on release and is now considered a flop yet nobody was saying that it was bad when it first released. Anthem has good graphics and the gameplay is fun. I'm curious how many hours you (or the people who supposedly unlocked all the content) put in to anthem. Twenty, thirty forty? Did you find the gameplay fun or bad because it was "ankle deep"...I thought the combo system was nice. If it was bad why put in those hours to blaze through all the content so fast then?
I'm a fan of warframe (for over 5 years and 4k+ hours) and I'm very aware of the complaints people have had year after year and that's content droughts. Me personally no...I haven't because when I do get bored with warframe I play something else...like anthem hehe. Oh and as for the load times in Anthem well...I think they are exaggerating because I haven't had one load time take more then a minute. I dont know maybe another reason why some people are mad is because they have a older pc and cant max settings so they say the game is awful. Honestly I think people are just jumping on the hate train and it's a shame because the game is fun to play. They showed their 90 day roadmap and I look forward to seeing the game grow.
Oh and that reminds me any other people here playing and enjoying anthem looking for someone to team up with let me know. My anthem name is..RoninJed hehe.

Well I will say what I'm liking about athem so far and that is the sound of the weapons and javelins. All the weapons and explosives sound good with big bangs and thunderous booms hehe. The rocket boost when running or flying is awesome too.
I wish frames like rhino or atlas could have more weight and force to their attacks like the Colossus javelin does in anthem. I really feel like I'm in some kinda of war machine using it. I would say Anthems combat overall is slower then warframes but can still get just as crazy with all the flashing lights.
I guess that's the only thing warframe could learn from anthem really.

I do not understand why anthem is getting so much hate when destiny got great reviews when it released. The biggest complaint that everyone admits to (now) was how bare bones destiny was when it released. It had very little story, no endgame and stupid microtransactions. All these complaints not only match destiny in its early days but warframe as well. I'm guessing most the hate is coming from the mass effect fans who hate anthem because they think it ruined the last andromeda game.
It also comes from people who hate EA which I can understand because they usually ruin games with their greed. But so far with anthem I'm not seeing anything worse with it then I did with these other games. The game play is fun and the weapons all sound great with loud bangs and booms hehe. Oh and the graphics are pretty too. I wont stop playing warframe because of anthem but I dont see any reason why I should pass on it....uh especially when I got it for free hehe.
