    If you want the Xbox progress, select Xbox as your primary account. Your PC account will be merged into the XBox, then you can play it on either PC or XBox.

    Because it has to be a PC account in order to be a Cross Save Account - they state this in the FAQ. He needs a new PC account, which is immediately overwritten by the PSN account when they link.

    That's odd, I had the option to select which Primary account I wanted to use - it didn't have to be (and I didn't choose ) my PC account.

    THey have a cutoff date so people can't "farm" the other platforms for beginner plat and merge them all together.

    You should be able to LINK your primary account (Switch?) to your PC first, then MERGE your PSN account into your newly created and Linked PC/Switch account.

    You can trade plat bought on another platform when logged into Switch though. You just can't trade the Switch-Plat you bought (it's got cooties, we don't want it anyway). You can also trade items for other platforms' plat, and then use that for trading with other platforms.

    he has to create a PC account online, and merge his PSN account into it. He doesn't have to play on PC, but a Cross-Save account is just a PC account.

    I log in on PC now, and play on PS5. I want the Discount on Plat Purchase, not discount on 1 (non-bundle) item in the market.

    "Cross Platform Play" isn't available within Options yet, so trading is completely locked once you merge. I can't trade on PC to PC, or PSN to PSN at all... These setting configurations is going to make Trading harder: "WTB: R0 [Vitality] 1,000,000P, must have Cross Platform Save disabled and Cross Platform Play enabled"

    The accounts automatically merge, if eligible. If they didn't merge, they weren't eligible. I would assume then you migrated the account PC to PSN at some point, and as such they can't merge now.

    It's very obvious which account your selecting as Main, and which will be overwritten, with numerous confirmations and a security question. It's very hard to accidentally overwrite!

    Calm down. What do you think has kept the game running for 10+ years? It certainly hasn't been all the in-game ads and paywall content! Us Founders got it started and kept it from closing in 2013, Prime Access purchasers have kept it going since.

    They need to split it up the rest of the playerbase somehow. Either "paygate" or "Timegate". It was either this, or "accounts created before 2016" and you'd be complaining about timegating.

    Not merge, but Link. Meaning, you can't merge the inventories, but link to over-write the new PC account.

    You can create a new PC account and link them, if you don't want to wipe your Founder PC account. It is kinda S#&$ty you can't merge after migrating, but rules are rules... They clearly see a risk they can't allow to realize

    You can make a new PC account and link your console account, so still play it on PC without overwriting your Founder PC account.

    You keep your Founder status (and it shows up on other consoles now). The rest your have understood correctly.

    Alas, I played do long ago on PC, no tokens to transfer. But everything else merged exactly as expected! So many open Warframe and weapons slots now... Yes, you keep it! Yes, it did! Very hard to mess up and pick wrong, they gave multiple confirmations and explanations
