Railjack doors locked.. :D To replicate this bug: I am not sure, usually I would simply ignore the bug and use tactical.. but with service offline due to magnetic repairs needed, that was impossible Another time this bug appeared I noticed my squad members could use the doors but I could not. Video evidence contains spoilers; do not watch it unless you know what Operator means.
