I can use melee if I have a secondary equipped, but I can't use my melee by itself if I switch from primary.

My buttons are only working in mission, but not anywhere else, like Orbit or the menu, "Left" on my D-pad replaces "A" and "Right" on my D-pad replaces "B", and "X" and "Y" don't work at all for things like Arsenal. Is anyone else experiencing controller issues or figured out how to fix them? I tried remapping my controller in game but it didn't change anything. It's weird because my buttons work fine in missions. Haven't noticed any issues with other games, so I know it's not the controller or Steam.

..........god damnit. Well ya'll were right, I definitely was confusing Mastery and Gear rank, so apologies for that. And @EliteStrike1 had it right. Don't remember ever equipping them, but I had all 4 keys equipped. Had to restart, but everything is good now, apart from feeling like a damn idiot. Sorry about that and thanks guys.

Not at all. As MR 14, I get a certain rank bonus to my warframes (+200% to health/shield and +50% to energy). For instance, Nova Prime base health and shield is 100. So with the rank bonus to my stats, I should be getting 300 for health and shield, I'm only getting 75 for each. I'm getting LESS than the base stats.

I'm currently MR 14, but every single frame I play with has only the base stats no matter what mission I play. The MR Rank bonus isn't being applied at all, so it's essentially turned me into MR 0. Over the years, I've put hundreds of dollars and hours into this game and now it's like I've been reduced to a brand new player. PLEASE fix this!

Rank bonuses are bonuses to your Health, Energy, and Armor. You get a certain percentage depending on your Mastery Rank. For instance, I get 200% bonus Health and Energy for being MR14. You can see it at the top lefthand corner of your Arsenal Loadout. There will be rank bonuses for each of your warframes. It's the same for every frame, just depends on your MR.

Currently, it IS saying that I have Rank Bonuses in the Arsenal, which match up with what they are supposed to be for my Mastery Rank. However, for whatever reason, the bonuses are not being applied to any of my frames for any missions. I've tried logging out, restarting the games, etc. but nothing works. Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated. Not sure if anyone else if having this issue, but it definitely makes the game hard to enjoy, when I'm basically starting from MR 0 all over again after all the work I've put into this game.
