I get that too. It seems to happen if you are close to a wall or other structure when you execute a mercy.

I killed my Litch, completed the mission, claimed my weapon from the foundry... it's not in my inventory. I have the screenshots captured of my mission completion screen showing I earned it and my weapon inventory showing I don't have it. Yes... I did get it from my foundry. I'd put the ss in here if I could figure out how to do it. Anyway it was a Kuva Ayanga with a 50 something % electricity bonus. My GT is Soul Fire CC. Please let me know what information that you need so you can restore the weapon to my inventory.
