  1. Hello, Warframe have huge amount of weapons. It does not help the fact that there are also rivens + non standard approach to status compared to any other games out there. This makes very hard to create, or even think if specific build make sense (especially for inexperience people). The only way to test weapons is simulacrum, but it's used only to spawn enemy. You cannot "truly" test weapons, because you are blocked by weapon's mod slots (polarizations). This is bad, like very bad that you need first to spend time to farm form, and lvl up again weapon just to test one build. Your build is bad, or want to check if it's better? Then go farm more forms and again lvl up weapons to test another build. Previous one was better? Then go far more forms and again lvl up weapon. I know Warframe is grind game, but c'mon, we grind to collect, not grind just for the sake of possibility to being able to experiment. This approach discourage to try new weapons. What's the point of so many of them then if game won't encourage to use them? From what I've observed, people usually stay and use same weapons for majority of time, partially because they are discouraged to try new one. I know there are Rives mods but what's the point if again, you have no way to test it? Why simulacrum can't have free methods to modify mods for testing purposes? Right now simulacrum feels like waste due to only spawn enemies (and not even all enemies from the game). I know that there is https://overframe.gg/ but this only gives you raw data that for many won't tell in practice if gun will be good. Especially taking into consideration that game have several fractions which different weakness and strength + there is also attenuation thingy + there are also warframe abilities to take into consideration.
  2. Hello, Caustic Strike is suppose to strip armor of enemy https://warframe.fandom.com/wiki/Focus/Unairu#Caustic_Strike From what I can see, this ability was "disabled" (not working) on Kuva liches (it stopped somewhere around Sisters update from what i was able to find on the google). I guess it's also applies to Sisters (I did not check) What's the point? It was a very nice alternative way to strip armor. It's still great ability to use for example on disruption. What is the point of disabling it if there are still other methods to strip armor from kuva liches? I can find any reason why it kuva liches was taken as the exception
  3. Hello, I have a strange situation. After updating GPU drivers for amd 7900 xtx from Adrealine 23.1.1 to 23.2.1, game is crashing my gpu drivers after log in screen (in less than 5 sec upon taking control over frame). Initial checks. Well, at least in those few games that I've checked so far after updating drivers, I don't have any issue. Only Warframe have a problem. I'm using default GPU settings - this means on OC, no undervolt and so one. What is interesting, choosing dx11 instead dx12 resolves the problem. On dx11 game works fine, and no any issue on newest driver version. I've already played several hours on dx 11 and not a single crash. To be honest i'm a little lost. I could understand if game would only crash, but not the whole gpu drivers. I did not change anything in PC for the past 1 month except installing newest drivers now . I'v also tried to use DDU, but it's the same after reinstalling. Game for some reason have a problem with dx12 and I have no idea what (and where) is the problem. Reinstalling older drivers back makes Warframe works again on dx12, but by going again to the newest drivers, game is crashing if I try to play on dx12. On google I could not see anyone a single thread about issues on 7900 xtx on newest drivers. There were report about 6xxx having some problem, but nothing about 7900xtx. I don't even know if this is only related to my PC, or other owners of 7900xtx also have this issue with dx12 :|
