I am having the same issue when trying to do any public Omni fissures on the Entrati or Zariman. There are no games to join, and i have sat in the waiting for players screen for ~10 min without anyone joining. I have also jumped into a mission and waited at the starting zone for about 5 min without anyone joining (yes, i was on public i checked, and moved around enough to not be considered afk). I even had a friend try to join me through public matchmaking on a Zariman Void Flood Omni fissure. After i was on the waiting for player screen they tried to join a public Void Flood Omni fissure and they were sent into their own mission alone while i was still "waiting for players". We were both in the "North America" region.
