  1. Sincerely, I know people, in fact, one of my friends who plays Warframe and has played it for a long time doesn't care about the story of the game at all, but that is the main focus of the game, and it's a really important part, but some people just don't care. On the other hand, we have our new friends that are starting the game, and we think, "Oh, maybe you want to come farm this, ah, too bad you need to complete this quest first", so I understand the problem. For short, I say that skipping the entire story with platinum is a bad idea. This will lead to various things, one of which is that DE will be seen by the community in a bad spot and create a tense situation between the devs and the community, so I want to give some points that will help with this but, in my opinion, could be more acceptable by the community. - Button to skip cinematic and dialog: this will not skip the grind and the gameplay that the story shows us to present new mechanics, but these are the things that cost most time during a quest. For people who don't care for the story or want to see it later, a button that allows them to skip the cinematic and some dialog could be fine. Obviously, this brings another problem, DE needs to make all quests replayable, and this skip button needs to be a free choice. - Allow a new player to use the railjack of a friend or the master of the clan for missions or quests that need it. Just that, this will not end on skipping that story but will make that the farm of the railjack not a problem to get to the new content. With this "rising tide" the quest to get the railjack will not be a prerequisite to do the new war or other quests. - Make the necramech "easy" to get or accessible by other means: This is harder to pull out, but I think on 3 possible solutions a) Make a "story quest" for the Necraloid faction that leads the player to craft the necramech. One of the problems with this farm is that the new player doesn't know where, how, or what to farm to craft the necramech so a quest that guides the player might help b) After completing the "Heart of Deimos" give the player a base necramech strong enough to do the story quest, but it's not customizable and can't be modded c) apply a pity system where the player can exchange some extra broken parts of necramech for the one that the player doesn't have on the Necraloid faction store - Make Steel path and arbitration unlockable by completing only the main star map: TL;DR make the nodes of the Zariman and the Duviri paradox not be necessary to unlock steel path and arbitrations (and maybe make arbitrations unlock before steel path but with a mini quest from the Hexis arbiters) this will give the chance for the new player to grow more power without the need to do "the new war" and the "angels of the Zariman" so a veteran can help the new player to get the better equipment and the other positive thing is that the new player will not be overwhelmed by the fact that he needs to do that and this story quest to unlock steel path and arbitrations to get the better mods and only think "I need to complete this map" and make the quest a transition path more that a must to do chore. - Make changes to the open world maps: So this change I bring to the table is not for the main reason of this post only, but to improve the new player experience in general. The thing is, "Vox Solaris" and "Heart of Deimos" are really difficult maps and missions for a new player, and many get stuck there and don't know what needs to be done, so the changes I think is this: Make Cetus and the Plains of Eidolon a branch of the main path to explore earth rather than being part of this main path, and hide these nodes until the player completes "the Vor´s prize." Receive a mail inbox transmission asking for help on Cetus and reveal that node. Same with Fortuna and Necralisk, unlock those nodes after a point on the star map or after a certain story, so the new player doesn't get stuck in the open world so early in the game thanks for reading to this point and sorry for my bad english, hope some of you like this but idk, to be honest this need a lot of discussion between us and the devs.
