Thank you for answering DE, the amount of radio silence for how big of a deal this honestly is was worrying. I'm still very upset- all of my looks that I've put a lot of time into and had pride in are going to be Thanos snapped from the game. I'm not jazzed about waiting months and months on end to get everything back, but the artists deserve payment. I just hope this can be sorted out ASAP and we can learn from this and move on.

Maybe it's a bit radical but I don't think they'll get how much this is affecting their player base unless we make a big enough stink about it. Have any gaming news cites posted articles regarding this situation yet? I feel like if this happened in any other MMO there'd be an explosion of backlash on the internet right now.

Wow. Y'all better license this fast since this move has caused me to lose a lot of respect for you guys. I love this game and the fashionframe aspect so much, but if this was a bug it should not have been left up this long or you should have said something sooner. I was excited for this update but at this point, I think it's a good time to take a break from the game.

I can't play right now but someone in my clan said all Tennogen except ones a user has bought have been removed from the arsenal screen. Is this a bug or an intended feature of the update? I don't know if I missed something in the patch notes.

I'm trying to do the quest for Nightwave and I don't know how to track the animal call with console controls. I'm "moving' (aiming) and trying to follow the bar as it passes by, but nothing else seems to work. I'm playing on Switch for reference.

Thank you for such a swift and generous response DE. I'm surprised to see how quickly you all have licensed stuff for sale again, please keep it up! I'm still upset about losing some of my looks, but this has certainly regained some faith that this problem will be fixed ASAP due to community response. I hope you all read this, and know at least on my end, I apologize for how harsh I originally was. I do have one question, if you're able to answer. Will the free Tennogen bundle be given to all players, or only those affected by this bug?
