Indeed. I too still have items I shouldn't. Are we expected to have it removed in multiple waves? or was this also a mistake?
It would of been a better experience if we had a list of items that were set to be removed rather than having to click around to see what we were supposed to have. Just putting it out there. -

That's a sad thing to see someone say. But I can't help but admit this is what it feels like right now.
The point of my post which I didn't really word well which is my own fault is this; every single bug lasts months. While maybe to some people mentioning "bugs" isn't relevant; it really is.
We had a month of having these items. Had it been corrected in a reasonable amount of time it probably would feel so bad to so many players. Like every other bug (lasting about 2-3 months and are game breaking / changing) it wasn't realized until imo far too long later. Either no one is paying attention to the Nintendo switch version or the communication in which would let us know they KNOW but there's nothing they can do isn't very widely spread. That isn't a good thing either.
I've read this thread as well as several others on reddit about this. People are unhappy, lost trust, some even because of this loss of trust want to put the game down. I honestly don't think simply handing them their plat back with a "were soooorry" is going to cover it. Compensation to show ninntenno they are valuable customers would be a great start to making this better.
And honestly; guys. Stop running over to this thread to argue with people who are upset. They have a right to be. You don't control any part of what goes on with them or DE. Take a backseat and chill. Let people express themselves otherwise DE wont know the actual impact this had on our version. Thanks and have a wonderful day.-

I agree that the current Tennogen issue is not a great look for DE and the explanation is less candid than it should be.
I am not on a high horse. I'm stating facts about my experience and the experience of all my friends since playing this. If you had a different experience I'm happy for you. I love warframe (I'm nearly mr22 on a fresh switch account if that isn't proof). And I want to see it thrive. It will not if this kind of stuff continues. Once people see their tennogen skins disappear it'll only get worse. We need some kind of announcement placed inside the ship just like the one we got for the patch today. People need to be in the least informed of why their stuff will be gone. Anyhow I didn't come here to argue with the players. So please enjoy your day.

I love that the switch version is just an after thought. We were left with a color bug for months, crashes in cetus which were fixed just in time to crash in fortuna, to mirage sim bug, to this "bug", and darvo deals just NOW being put into the game as well as ghoul event. Switch version deserves some love and attention. Start giving it.
Thanks for the excitement over so many great tennogen to get it taken away. Even if it's released again later the hype is tainted.-

Thank you for the clarification. I am too overjoyed to not lose my Diva octy to read any of this properly. Though I did not receieve any plat from these items. Just the ones that were taken.
