Embershed

I was playing as Inaros and then I died but instead of deploying the sarcophagus and becoming a sand spectre, the game froze for a moment and I was re-given control of my warframe but I could only quick melee. All the enemies around me froze as well. I'm not sure what exactly is the cause but I'm guessing its a bug in his new passive.
