I believe the mist particles created by the companion mod Aerial Bond is causing transparent and semi-transparent environmental objects to be visible through walls. This includes small things like mining veins on the Plains of Eidolon, but also includes very large objects like the out-of-bound box under the void sabotage room and the lightning effects for the void sabotage portal. There are of course more items that have this issue, but these are the few that immediately come to mind.
