  1. LoadOuts... Look Into LoadOuts. It's what you want.

LoadOuts are Not the 3 Config slots. They are stand-alone configurations that then have the 3 config slots as well.

They are quirky and weird, but once you figure them out, they work great. Note once you go passed the initial quantity, they cost 20p a slot.

Example: I have an "Index Rhino Prime" and a "Rhino Prime Std." Same Rhino. It makes no sense to build 2 or more of the same frame with Loadouts. Also have a Cataclysm Limbo, et cetera, on and on. I just pick what I want from the Loadout list and go.

    They Work. Period. Good Luck.

  2. Just like Ayatan Stars, I believe Argon is automatically marked on the map by the game now.

Over the last month Argon in the Void has become a 'farm 5 missions to get 1 maybe 2 Argons.' (Limbo Cataclysm build.) I think the high rate of Argon recovery is old outdated info. Remember, MOAR GRIND means more money for DE. (Same as ever. Many people burn-out and just buy whatever they need / want.)

We all can simply ignore each other if we please.  Its the internet.

I'm sorry, but why are you charging plat to run kuva siphon missions...? That seems like the scam here, not the guy sketched out by you requesting he put plat in an empty trade box just so you could look at it.

Also, because I've seen you misusing the word all over the thread - the word you're looking for is beggar.

People begging for free stuff are begs

Well, looks like someone's mummy convinced them to spell "hampster" instead of "hamster" the way they want, rather than...

  5. Press SPACE BAR. While pressing space during the loading screen, at certain times, the game will ask: "Skip Cinematic?"  Press space again and it will skip it. Neat.

Also, on mission exit if one presses SPACE when the "Return to Menu in 'N' seconds" line pops up, you'll exit immediately. That saves a lot of time. If in a group, everyone has to press space for that to work.

  6. I've become quite tired of many, many people wanting their own personal behavior and choices forced onto everyone else in the World.

If YOU want to follow the prisoner across the map, take responsibility... YOU, yourself, CAN do that NOW. So Just Do It. Leave me out of it.

It's like guilty privledged people calling for everyone to pay more taxes. Hey, any government in the world will take all the money you want to give them. They CAN pay more, but, huh, they never do. Imagine that.

tldr; Anyone can "take responsibility" now and just follow the prisoner. A coded game rule does not need to be made.

  7. I have a hypothesis if not an actual Theory.

Since I've been present for most of Computer Gaming, it has had one major behavior. You would buy, play and FINISH a game. 1.2.3.

Now, we have online games that are perpetual. They never end. Infinity and Beyond. So over time, people build up issues and complaints. People are still trying to figure out what to do with games that never end. Voila. Plus: The Internet is involved, so....

It seems to me, people are trying to (and have), turn them into places they can "live" instead of a place to play. And that brings all the Stupidity and selfish behavior that we are trying to get away from in the first place... by playing a game. Irony meets Irony itself.

  8. All I know is, this is what fixed it for me. You have to let it run to completion. Here's how I did it.

At first I let it run for several hours, would never finish; frustrating, so I'd reboot.

One evening I started WF, got the infinite Checking for New Content and went to bed. I left it running all night. Next morning it had completed. Yippie.

Since then, other updates will still be slow sometimes, sometimes not. But most updates finish relatively quickly. Hope that helps.

@RealJustBoo the team comp was flawed from the start. Getting their shields to 0 is really not important at all. For a better experience run corrosive projections, not shield disruption.

    [...]

    - a good melee with condition overload paired with a 100% status shotgun modded for corrosive blast. Every enemy vulnerable to knockdowns is gonna get deleted in a single ground finisher.

I will try that advice. So, corrosive blast is another combo I'll try. 🙂 In many runs, I did notice a guy "burning up" Bursas. (Also, I was running corrosive proj., just never mentioned it.) Thank you.

  10. Well, I'll answer my own question... for me at least.

On The Index, after experimenting with 'stuff,' I've found for myself at MR 13; a maxed Fulmin, maxed for Radiation Only, and a Rhino Prime maxed for the Index are the most powerful thing I can muster right now. I can now at least 1 or 2-shot most everything on the first round, a bit more work on later rounds.

I used the Fulmin after seeing a guy dominate with it in a PUG Index. I do see the Arca Plasmor a lot, but it's on frames 10 levels higher than me and they also dominate. I can't get the Plasmor to perform as well as the Fulmin, at least on the Index. Fun. 🙂

  11. It is stone cold clear DE is NOT doing RNG correctly. Yet they are depending on it seemingly, 100 percent of the time (Pun intended). I figure it's a seed problem. Devastating patterns like not getting even close to 25% after 100+ rolls is Bad Man.

And perhaps some do not know. Computerized "Random Number Generators" are NOT random, it's an approximation. But there are ways to make it work closer to true (high level of entropy) randomness. Using pervasive RNG as a mechanic everywhere is LAZY, that is a fact.

  12. It sounds like your current progress is about were I was just at. Forget Elite Sanctuary. Look at just Onslaught Sanctuary (non-elite). Look up the rules first as it's typically WF Weird. It's compact (easy to find baddies), full of enemies and pops Focus constantly.

REMEMBER: You have to run at least TWO rounds to get your reward.

Now, other than increasing my 'pool' I wonder what I'm supposed to do with this Focus? I currently have a Pool of 12 and +110K Focus. Do I just keep 'spending' it on my Pool?

I wouldn't recommend using revenant and hek for index, the builds are okay, you should use magnetic, viral or gas if you're going against corpus. [...]

Well I'm confused. The Wiki recommends Viral and Radiation for the Index. I have a ton of viral and rad on my maxed Arca Plasmor (and a Corpus Cleanse) and it isn't cutting through enemies like I see some other do. I have to shoot a lot to take them down.

So is it Viral and Radation or Mag, Gas and Viral?  Thanks.
