Same thing happened to me yesterday. Rerolling the riven a few times fixed it, but I don't know if that was just a special case or if that's the actual fix.

I don't remember if this was always the case but apparently Mother has an offerings window now, which shows completely empty. Additionally, when you open the offerings window, the Cetus theme starts playing.
