This happens at random but I feel it happen more often after the cross-save update. The decrees in the circuit will sink into the ground so you can not see them but you can hear them so you can only find them that way unless the decree is on something with nothing below it to where you see the decree after it sunk into the ground. In that situation even if you touch the decree that sunk it won't count, you have to go to where the decree normally is to have it count even though the decree has moved its location on screen.
This is making longer circuit runs hard to accomplish making us to do complete more runs even if we have good equipment.
