I'm wondering if the Kavasa Prime Kubrow Set in the Prime Resurgence comes with the Kavasa Gene Kit, including the Kavasa Fur Pattern, and the colors Kavasa White, Orokin Gold and Origin Brown, or is it just the Kavasa Prime Collar and Armor? There doesn't seem to be any details on the official warframe site about that, and I really want those color customization options!

This is mainly geared towards other users, rather than DE or staff. This forum has a lot of threads and new comments, and we're talking this sub-forum alone! There's people making suggestions all the time, which is all well and good, because I feel if a community offers a lot of suggestions, we care about the game and want to make it a better experience for everyone, by providing feedback about things we feel not just I, but others that play the game could benefit from. This could be, but isn't limited to concerns about weapon/frame balancing, quality of life perks, and anything really. However, this means there is a lot of content to sift through. It's basically like trying to view individual droplets in a free flowing waterfall, so I can understand many concerns go unnoticed. There's a lot of empty threads in this forum, with a suggestion by a user that then drops off the front page and disappears into the void without a single reply. It happens. I'm not here to preach, I'm not even in a position to, with just over 10 posts under my belt. I wish to propose a solution, or at least a remedy that may alleviate some of what causes that to happen. Views, likes and replies - engagement. Now, one way I suppose would be clickbait titles, controversial opinions or purposely incorrect information that people will obviously respond to correct you on. That's not healthy though; It's not productive to the community, and a net detriment for all involved. What I would like to suggest is, do some research. If you care strongly enough, and feel that yes, this is a change I would like to see, and I do think this will help, then show that in the post. The stickied/pinned thread on this forum gives great info on how to formulate a post, being descriptive and polite. However, that isn't enough to be noticed. 1) Search for what you wish to propose on the forum. You may do this with the search bar at the top, under your username, and limit the search to this specific subforum if you only want to see previous suggestions. Another way is, google what you want to suggest (or the most relevant keywords), but in the search query, add "site:forums.warframe.com", so that the results you see will only be ones indexed from the warframe forums. Look at the points others have made in their post and the replies and counterarguments made, and address them when you make your own post. 2) If those topics were left unresolved earlier, tag the original users of the previous posts, in the one that you make. It's pretty easy, like this: @Automalich! Then they'll be notified they were mentioned. However, please don't abuse this feature to tag random people. The key is positive engagement, so you want to contact and find people who raised the same issue as you, and unite. Divided, we are all a bunch of individual posts with 0-2 replies, but added up together? Big numbers. 3) Cross post to other forums and warframe communities, like the one on reddit! More people that see it, the higher chance someone who wants the same thing sees it. However, be mindful and follow the community guidelines of each respective community. Common rules include not making 'low-effort' posts, or ones that may have been already suggested and rejected outright. If it's rejected, there is a reason, whether it be difficulty in implementation, or being game-breaking. This will help everyone I feel, from the posters who will now have a higher chance of being heard as unified voices, to the viewers/commenters/mods that will have to read less duplicate posts of the same issue, and the posters from before who went unheard and simply gave up, now knowing someone else feels the same way. Limited number of mod slots exist. We have to make decisions on what we can put either way. You would still have to forma to unlock the polarity, for each build, and switch them around on each config. You can already own multiples of the same warframe. Would this make the game easier for players? Only to make builds. Would this increase the damage you can do? No, assuming you already have the build you want set up on at least one config. This doesn't functionally change gameplay, it's more of a QoL perk than anything else. Why argue for keeping an artificial opportunity cost? Also, I've noticed a common issue in the forums where there are so many posts, that the same suggestion could be given by multiple people in multiple separate threads that all fly under the radar. There was a post by @zwaz12bob with the same idea this Monday, which isn't even too far back, so I assume the same request has been made multiple times over the years. I would suggest coordinating together. More views, comments and engagement on a single topic and post by people who want to make the same thing happen, would likely have a higher chance of being noticed by DE imo.

I second this. The number of forma used would still be the same, perhaps even more so since people might want to try and unlock multiple polarities for multiple slots. This would be a way more convenient system, won't have to use multiples of the same warframe, potentially freeing up some loadout slots too. This would be awesome if implemented imo.

The Atrox gene-masking kit was given away for free from May 21-24, 2015 during the "Den of the Kubrow" Tactical Alert. In about 20 days, it will be 8 years since this kit was available to players, with no other ways to obtain it in-game for any player that missed out the event back then. I was made aware of this kit around 3 years ago, when I was fashionframing and I needed a light yellow / off-white shade for my companion fur, and none of the colors in all the available gene kits (I purchased them all) had the particular shade I was looking for. So I went looking in the wiki, and found that the exact color (Star White) I wanted was available in a gene kit that was distributed before I had even heard of warframe, unfortunately. Of course, the kavat/kubrow fur color swatch sample more often than not, doesn't quite match up when applied on the fur, so you don't really know how it would look on your companion before you purchase it since you can't preview fur colors. Then I saw this imgur album in a reddit post by a user who is now deleted, that shows the colors applied on a Kubrow, and it looks amazing, just what I needed. However, there was no way to get it! I figured it might come back eventually, or maybe a similar color would be released that would suit my needs, but neither happened. Back then, I saw these posts made on September 2018 by @LupoDWolf and another made by @SpicyDinosaur in April 2019 regarding the same request, which was also to bring back this specific gene kit, with a couple replies on each thread expressing a similar sentiment, so there has been previous demand for it. Not much perhaps, but I do feel this gene kit was so long ago, most new players wouldn't even be aware of it, to know it's something they wish they could have. Please bring back the Atrox gene masking kit! It doesn't have to be given away. It could be in Baro's wares, or being able to purchase it for platinum or in a bundle. It could even be for regal Aya! It's a cosmetic that has been vaulted for longer than any warframe in the game, and it would finally let me achieve my years-long dream of having my Kubrow finally color match my warframe so that I don't look like a fashion disaster when I'm out on missions :)
