  1. Is anybody else getting weird crashes every other mission? I can load into a mission fine when I first start the Switch but after I complete a mission and try to load another mission I am getting one of two issues. Either the game crashes outright or I'm stuck in the loading screen. ON the occasions when I'm stuck in the loading screen the mission will actually end (because the other players finished the mission) and I'll get a mission complete screen. But of course since I didn't actually load into the mission my screen doesn't have any affinity/rewards/drops. When I do get a crash it happens immediately after loading into the mission. There are also times it crashes while in the loading screen. It only seems to happen after I've completed a mission normally then go to do another mission right after. Restarting will allow me to load a mission but the next mission after that, it seems to crash every single time. I'm wondering if the last update somehow broke memory management for the Switch. Maybe the system is not unloading the last mission/level properly and the next mission can't load. In the worse case scenarios the game crashes. It's kinda frustrating when I have to restart every other mission just to play. Edit: Also, this only seems to happen when I'm playing public. When I play solo or invite only I don't have these issues. I DO have cross play enabled so there's that wrinkle.
  2. Posted this in another thread. If someone else has already mentioned this then great minds think alike. IMO they should have a story mode. One with ALL the main quest (abridged in some ways) and a mission in between each quest (intro to each mission type) to teach you the mechanics. This story mode can take you to specific nodes with weaker enemies so that early game players can feel the power of the frames. Have loaner frames that disappear at the end of missions that the player can farm later if they want to. Heck, have Teshin show up early game to teach you stuff about how to play, how to mod, damage types etc. That way when things happen with Teshin later in the game/quest you'll feel it MORE. In other words, you don't have to play from mission to mission to catch up. Give rewards of essential mods as the rewards for the quest. Then boom open it up for the player to finish the starchart or chase specific frames or faff around in their orbiter after they finish the "Story". Then print money
