This is one of those times when reading before writing a comment would be educational. They specifically said that's not what they're interested in. Literally the first line.
Many of us merged to consoles a decade ago, we didn't know what negatives it would cause back then we just knew we were playing on toasters.
Due to that merge we are ineligible for an account merge now and can only link accounts. If we overrwite our pc account we have no idea if we'll lose our founder items or if they're just sort of invisible to us on PS because the language of the guide is not clear.
Nobody is asking about using founders gear on PS which is a different discussion entirely. We just don't want our founders gear to be nuked on pc because of a decision we made a decade ago.

Having the same worry about founder items.
This feels like an unnecessary addition that's going to cause more trouble than it's worth.
I get the reason, de not wanting us to have duplicate items plat etc but is that really worth the amount of complaints they might receive if someone nukes their account taking things in good faith?
Surely they have a way to trace what's been merged previously and if they don't? Why wasn't this thought about? Simple procedure would be giving every item a unique player ID for instance then have the system check for duplications and delete one.
Every update of the cross save faq is making me less and less excited and more and more worried about touching it with a 10ft pole

Hey so this is a clarification question, I'm a founder who switched to console early on making use of the account migration back then. A late entry to the guide has now shown that my accounts will be ineligible for merging and I'll only be able to link them due to this, okay things happen oh well.
My issue is if I link these accounts per my understanding my pc account will be totally overrwitten, however I have no idea if any of my founder items will be available after this (on pc) . There's no indication that I'm a founder within the forums nor in accolades for my ps account so I feel justified in being nervous about this. Even though it's stated the account is a copy there's nothing that allows me to see this and be sure before pressing a button that's clearly stated to be irreversible.

How about when a question is asked in the chat any pm's sent through that chat open as a sort of ticket. After the player gives his advice it's listed as very helpful, helpful, unhelpful, very unhelpful etc
If the player is given unhelpful/very unhelpful feedback too many times they will be monitored if very helpful, helpful is given perhaps they can be given a community help mark or something + other rewards.

I personally think this is a fantastic idea.
The game itself is extremely hard on new players...I'd like to see this implemented tbh.

I agree the Nerf was inevitable. But if DE keep going like this they'll lose half their player base from a lack of ability to play their favorite frames and be powerful all the while....these nerfs are not hitting a happy medium whatsoever..

May I remind you that many of these people have been playing for such a long duration of time having put hours of time and work into the game that it is almost a just reward to be overpowered.
Formas take 12 hours to build then the ranking of the weapon takes time providing you steer clear of Draco like myself.
Elaborate on these exploits if you will.
Again low health, a time thing fusion cores are needed to rank up mods to change this once at the higher levels it becomes a significant amount at that.
Low energy, again long time of play and the appropriate focus tree fixes this, which takes a very long time to rank up (again if you stay away from Draco) energy siphon works too...a mod only acquired from alerts or the market.
My biggest gripe with your post is the primed mods. To get ducts you need to farm void. A lot. Because those primed mods are really expensive. Then you get to ranking those up. Christ it's expensive.
Tbh even if you were talking about prime access buyers who buy everything from the market and trade chat I'd still argue. Funds are being put into this free to play game through this system however much I disagree with it because it defies the purpose of the game. We wouldn't have a game without these big spenders..
Taking stuff away from these players would be like smashing up 5 year olds jigsaw puzzle that he'd just completed.

In light of the recent nerfs I'd like to offer up my opinion on the matter and possible prospective ways to work around community anger.
First and foremost enemy scaling, this having not been touched is like you baking a cake only to then proceed to bash it with a hammer. Fix Armour, in its current state it makes enemies at relatively high levels far to difficult compared to that suggested by their level.
Nerf the corpus already, or buff the other factions, grineer and the infested as they stand are a complete joke. I'm not asking the world just perhaps reduce the effectiveness of the nully bubbles or perhaps downscale their agro mechanic to make them a more cowardly faction. The ideas are endless on that part.
Now to frame nerfs. In my eyes. Prism was long due a look at. Though it was however somewhat harsh many mirage players will most likely abandon the frame and it will be dead within the next few months. My suggestion to add playability to her? Simply factor in range and accuracy. The range would be the prospective area in a circle around prism in which the blind effect could be in place. This circle would have to be around the size of the map to be meaningful. Now here's the fun bit. The further an enemy is the less effective the ability takes like this.
Enemies within the first 10% of prism would be blinded completely with no way out as a result the enemy's accuracy would be 1%.
Enemies within the 10-25% range of the prisim would suffer from an 80% reduction to accuracy.
Enemies within the 25-50% range of the prisim would suffer from a 40% reduction to their accuracy.
Enemies within the 50-100% range of the prisim would take a 20% reduction to their accuracy. At this point though clearly hindered 4/5 of the shots the enemy fire would land making this ability though no way powerful but fair in my opinion.
However I am aware this would be murder to implement having toiled with code implementation for games in the past.
Next up is battle Jesu-.....I mean Trinity. With her new range and blessing damage negation Nerf she has lost her appeal people will now opt in for a health plate instead.
My idea is simple, revert the stupid formula and cap damage negation at 75%. The range I can agree with as it was much needed.
Excal I can't argue with though I do feel it was going to far so at this point I'd suggest making the damage higher at distance just to stop it from being so damn harsh.
I'll be saying more as I inspect the nerfs further..

3 years 3 weeks, 2 accounts, £700 into the game, founder and around 1700 hours time played over all....
And by god I still love this game, still surprises me, ❤DE

It was originally because there was going to be male and female versions of each frame, however the idea was scrapped very early on.....
This has been said so many times.....but a rework of a frames looks is very unlikely

The only ability that needs work is Bastille.....ah I remember the days when it had no enemy limiter and could literally lift every enemy within its range......those were the days...

People don't get it....bouce is extremely fun.
Max efficiency then spam it everywhere...walla nothing can move, not you, not the enemies, not your teammates.
Booben may be annoyingly squishy and underpowered but still is the funniest to use.

But to the rest, you wont get excalibur prime to complete your collection... Wont happen, DE said it. End of story.
Ask for another bling bling to play around with but excalibur prime wont happen, and it wont be released as a ps4 release somehow.
DE promised it once and they promised it after 78th ps4 rant thread appeared about excalibur prime. Maybe the 300th thread will change their mind, if not then open 9000 threads about it... DE can not say no if you have 9000 threads about it open -.-
You do know that threads get closed right, and yes they can say no because they are legally obliged to.

Why does "missing an opportunity" bother me? Because people who played it on the PS4 the day it came out weren't even given a chance at it. So to us, we didn't miss it, we had it taken before it was even in arm's reach. And to top it off, the info and everything is in the Codex, just sitting there like "look at this awesome frame you could never get, and never will!". This is the only reason I even have an issue with it. All PS4 players can do with money now is buy plat, there's no prime access, and I have already bought most cosmetics, have most weapons, and most frames and all sentinels, so why just buy plat when all I can use it for is mod trading?
Problem is founders package is a BETA thing, the ps4 version of warframe has been launched and is not in BETA anymore.
And for all the people who say PC is still in BETA, why cant we have it, would you demand a train company to move a train schedule back 30 mins because you don't get out of bed early enough.

My PC account was a founder account that I made on my toaster of a laptop in 2013. I migrated to PS4 shortly after it's release.
If I didn't have founder exclusives on my pc account I'd be more than happy to wipe it's progress since I haven't done much with the account since migration. However due to the fact I do have exclusives DE have essentially put me in a position where I either wipe out an account that has thousands of hours on it, wipe out an account with exclusive content that will never be made available again or make a new pc account which defeats the entire purpose.
I've basically stopped playing since the release of cross save to be honest. The non-responses and lack of clarity from DE, flip flopping on issues, inaccuracies in the faq have essentially made the cross save release an absolute shambles. Not to mention the fact that up until day of release there was zero mention in the faq about migration being barred.
I'm stepping away from Warframe till this is sorted out, makes me truly sad after ten years playing this game.
