Well its not only that, if you're going for longevity/endurance runs... the ENTIRE party needs to be running corrosive project... thats 120% armor reduction... aka no armor. The second thing you need to be doing is running viral damage, this'll cut into their HP pools (50% just for the status tick) and then the rest is a cakewalk. 

 

After you accomplish this, your next obstacle to vault is the CC-game.

This, this for days. Best to set up a decent squad before starting long runs. You never know who you'll get from recruiting.
