So "FPS" and "Hz" are two different things. Framerate per second is the amount of images generated And Hertz, to make it simple is the amount of images you can see. Warframe is limited to 60fps on consoles so even if your tv/monitor supports 120hz you will not see the 120hz smoothness like you do on pc where the game doesnt have an fps limit. The game will look slow on console until they release an update and increase the limit to 120fps

I was making a loadout and noticed my octavia had rank 0 but I have not used a forma on her, then I realized that everything on her went to lvl 0, no formas, no mods, no fashion, even the exilus slot is locked, everything is gone except the potato.
