  1. I'm becoming kind of concerned, first we don't get any new CC gamemodes for years, then we don't get any CC frames for years, then cc as a system gets nerfed by overguard, then EXISTING CC frames start to loose said CC? 👁️👁️'

I guess its the progess of any game that 'non meta things get removed' but I really hope we are not approaching the final end of crowd control, though I guess I must be in the minority in that regard.

    • Pack Leader has been changed. Instead of healing your Companion by 36% of melee damage inflicted, it now restores 50 Health per melee hit. Excess healing becomes Overguard instead, with a maximum of 600 Overguard.
    • Primed Pack Leader increases Pack Leader effect to 92 Health restored per hit, and increases Overguard cap to 1100.

Dev note: Pack Leader's healing was so strong that, functionally, any upgraded melee weapon would fully heal your Companion in a single hit. You would hit an enemy for several thousand damage, and your pet would proportionately receive thousands of Health. This change tries to make the healing values more sensible so that you can heal your Companion efficiently but not *instantly*. By letting you overflow into Overguard, it also provides some extra ability to tank large hits.

Now most of these changes look good, but this? This doesn't make sense with the whole theme of enhancing their survivability. Healing only 50 health per HIT either directs you to only use fast hitting melee to top up a health pool of a thousand or more (as companions can easily achieve), or just accept that you will only have vacuum incrementally. Couldn't the percent amount just be decreased instead? Seriously, a flat health gain for that little is more useless on levels above 50 than Warm Coat. 😐

    Looked back on this because...

Yeah, they DID have Rifles back there. Multiples, even.

I use that Wiki because it has some mild humor that I find quite enjoyable.~

huh, I forgot about the launcher. Yeah that definitely would be nice to have, maybe the power suit troopers' archgun/heavy weapon skin too? 👀

  4. while technically id classify as a late/endgame player, I totally agree here as someone who finds SP as fun as watching paint dry while licking a cactus.
Given how the weapons which are getting incarnon adapters are far from meta or viable in said content as-is (at least, not without enormous investment that would yeild far better results on meta gear), some of them probably should be accessible for middle players as well.

I mean, I don't see why super hardcore players would even care about a slightly-more-powerful kunai when they already have a laetum and bramma etc.
imo it would serve a better purpose to let the gear become strong enough (maybe) to deal with the lategame content, rather than having to grind said content to get them, at which point they're redundant 🤔

  5. TLDR: Add a energy count for each teammate in the forge screen, so the engineer in a team knows when to craft more an replenish reserves instead of guessing.
    context and background:
Since railjack 3.0 a year (or more, can't really remember) ago, the railjack's innate energy pool of flux energy was totally removed in favor of utilizing warframe energy.
This had some benefits, like creating a niche for energy-lacking frames such as hildryn or lavos, and making railjack fully effective (some might say even ideal) solo.

But personally, I think it had equally large downsides:

    1-Forces frame choice.
Before 3.0, you may have enjoyed playing with a tanky but low-energy pool frame, such as inaros. With flux energy, you could cast ship abilities without worry for your own energy pool, preserving playstyle choice. With flux energy, if you intend to use ship abilities at all, you are heavily incentivized to either bring a caster frame with high energy, or lavos/hildryn.
2-basically removed "engineering" as a team position entirely.
With flux energy being a singular pool for its respective vessel, the 'engineer' in a team would always be able to tell when to craft more flux, omni, munitions, dome charges, etc to allow the rest of the team to keep up the flow. However, with its removal, there is NO WAY TO TELL from the forge screen when teammates need more energy for ship abilities, or any other of the resources as they were all personalized. Without a squad using voice or text chat to constantly inform when they need something, the engineering position is made practically useless (this isn't counting the addition of ai crew also).

While personally, I think flux energy should be returned for the above reasons, I am aware it is extremely unlikely to ever happen. A simpler and somewhat as effective solution would be for DE to add UI to the forge screen showing current counts of energy and dome charges for all teammates instead of just your own. This would allow the engineer of a squad to be a far more useful position than it is at the moment, and I can't really see a downside to adding the ui at all.

Is conclave planned for the full release ? Because I've seen some Console gameplay and everyone is spamming Wolf Sledge, Cerata and Telos Boltace on console (Weapons that you guys reworked / buffed for PvE, but they also changed in PvP, making them broken)

Conclave will be hell on earth if you don't fix broken weapons and the saryn elec exploit

The way they worded it being "during the test" I think implies that they do plan to add such functionality later but aren't tackling it right now, least I hope so.

Inb4 'all 4 players 🤣' meme spam lol

  7. Nice! the game really feels a bit different since the update, has the spawnrate of eximi/enemy damage scaling been changed for base starchart? It definitely isn't like it was just yesterday 🤔

Also big win for no more ignis wraith scammers lmao

I have one question when will necramechs be usable in normal missions?

I think that may have gone the way of the return of raids : \

Either that, or coming in 2022 or something, probably not a feature theyll just drop in without devstream confirmation.

I understand they want a way for people to get past accessories, but unless they are going to start dumping old primes into more parts of the game like they did with Valkyr and Nyx, then the current prime unvaulting system is completely unsustainable as any kind of reasonable means of getting old primes.

There are an absolute abundance now, they are only released two at a time, and now DE has made it a precedent of releasing ones that have been released elsewhere in the game so people can get the cosmetics.

The whole system needs an overhaul if people are going to have any reasonable way of getting old primes, especially as the amount in the vault continues to increase over time.

I mean this as a purely professional critique of the system. I am not angry at all, but I think the system is simply becoming unsustainable as is.

Valkyr and Nyx were a step in the right direction, but this feels like a step in the wrong direction, unless a lot more older frames like Valkyr and Nyx are going to be dropped into endgame-ish content like high level RJ and other places.

Fully agree, more perma-unvaultings would be a good way to balance out the prime issue. They could put the accessories on other prime packs, or hell, even a separate thing if there gets to be enough of them.

(I'm on the MR19 test now... ugh.)

    My condolences 😬
I don't think adding such an item would be a good idea in the long run though, with the whole point of the tests supposedly being to 'prove your mastery'.
(for mr19 I recommend xoris heavy attack spam)

Sooooo, love the update, however I can't see anything new in the Market. I'm playing via Epic Games launcher and I've restarted my game 4 times so far, everything is up to date, but I'm not seeing any of the new tennogen or anything. Not even when I go into the arsenal and try to look for the tennogen skins for a specific frame. Anyone else having this problem?

Only steam gets tennogen unfortunately, all of pc players with standalone or different launchers do not have access :/
