The "water tube" causes you to be kicked out to entrance when following yellow service line. If you follow the quest marker to the point which you jump into the water, you are automatically in Archwing. Following the yellow service line, about 200 meters in the water, the screen fades to black and you appear back where you entered water (as if you went out of bounds). Stephano (Uranus) 20-20. Abandoned Quest, Re-entered. Speed ran to location. It let me continue this time. Quest completed.
