  1. That Dante nerf was so unnecessary. At minimum Tragedy needs to be changed to a soft line of sight if its supposed to be useful at all. I really hate these kneejerk nerfs to popular NEW Warframes, we didn't have nearly enough time to see if Dante was to good, this feels like the Styanax changes but even worse. Edit: Same with the Nezha augment, it was really good but not nearly as good as some Youtube thumbnails and titles want you to believe. Nerfs like this should be discussed more beforehand so a loud minority that sees a good Warframe for the first time doesn't overreact and ruins it for everyone.
  2. Please just make it a tap/hold. Nerfing the helminth version to a reduced DR cap would probable be necessary but definitely fine. Between 50 and 75 percent max would probable be reasonable.
  3. This needed to happen one way or another but making the mobile defense part 30 seconds instead of 2.5 minutes and increasing the standing gain a bit would have made this uneffektive anyway and would make the event feel better overall.
  4. If this is done well it would definitely be a positiv addition to Warframe. Just to clarify. I would not recommend someone to skip the story. This is an OPTION for a very specific group of people, specifically either people who want to play the new Warframe content with their friends but don't want to play over 100 hours just to get to that content or people who stopped playing a while ago and wanna jump back in with the new content, but don't wanna have to do hours of other content just to get there. This is not something the average player should use and I don't think its gonna even be a consideration for most because 1. It costs money and 2. people don't usually want to skip the story the game they are playing. But I think having the option for the people this is for is good. To address some common concerns. 1: People who buy the skip will not understand the story. People don't understand the story RIGHT NOW even if they played all of the story quests. Warframes lore is really good but it is also confusing and convoluted and most people need an explanation later anyway even of they did all of the quests, which will be replayable immediately anyway after you buy the skip. And if you are gonna skip to play with your friends they are gonna be able to fill you in on what happened. 2: My teammates wont know what's going on and what to do. This is also already the case for most players. If you are an experienced player 99% of the time you do most of the mission alone anyway whilst the rest of the squad is running around doing whatever. There is currently no content in the game that requires an organized squad to be done. The most amount of coordination a mission requires of you team is standing on all the buttons in the Kela De Thaym bossfight. Its safe to say your mission quality is not gonna drop because someone skipped to the newest content. 3: ThEy hAvE nOt eArNeD iT. You don't have a say on how people play there games and it doesn't make you a better person if you didn't buy the skip. But the most important part is how this would be implemented because there are multiple factors that need to be right for this to work. Pricing: 20$ ideally, 30$ MAX. I think anything more would be unreasonable. Also having this be bought with plat would be ideal as you could easily gift it to your friends with the plat that you farmed/bought. There also needs to be a system in place to prevent people from giving the skip to others if they don't want it, otherwise this could lead to some nasty trolling. Content: Apart from the obvious autocompleting all the story missions, junctions, mission nodes, etc, player will need to get reasonable equipment to do the new content. The Quest rewards: Excalibur Umbra, the Skiajati and the Nataruk are the important ones (I also forgot if there are others in the main quests) all rank 30 with a reasonable build for how far you are in the game, nothing crazy, no prime mods, just good builds with a corrupted mod here and there at max. They also need to have the builds already installed, you cant expect someone to understand modding 1 hour in to the game. I also think giving people who buy the skip a list of easy to play Warframes (Rhino, Nezha, Kullervo, etc) to instantly unlock one of at rank 30 with a reasonable build already installed would be good. They would also need to be at least MR5 I think since crafting an MR% weapon is a junction requirement, don't think anything more is required. There are a lot of ways to get there, leveled up plexus, all MK1 weapons mastered, first time node completion, Drifter/Railjack intrinsics, I am sure they can figure out how they want to do this. It they hit all of these points this will be a good addition to the game for the people this is for. TLDR: If they implement his correctly it would be a purely positiv addition to the game.
  5. This was probably the only way to do it with these pack since they where already sold but there should be better purchase options if there is ever going to be another Heirloom Pack. Also I disagree that it would be unfair if to those that already bought it if it was no longer time sensitiv. As someone who owns old sought after time limited cosmetics in multiple games I would love for them to be available to everyone. Bringing the Heirloom packs back every few years is the least that should happen otherwise this would be an unnecessary greedy move in Warframes otherwise great history regarding monetization and lack of FOMO. Optimally the skins should become permanent and just the accolades should disappear at the end of the year, which would still be an incentive to buy them now and eliminate the FOMO on the part that most people care about.
