chroma needs to be the one getting kills, and also cannot be the host squad kills is a lie mod doesn't work at all if hosting. also the duration increase is capped at the base duration now. should have at least been 2x or 3x Eternal War's max is 2x. Repelling Bastille is 10x. If you are going to cap it at 1 second and make it so that only chroma's own kills count, as well as cap it at base duration at least make it 3 seconds or something.

please make it apply to overguard. at the moment overguard completely invalidates his kit. also please fix it not working if you are hosting the "squad kills" only counts if chroma is killing things at the moment as well
