Greetings,
a few days ago I logged in and found my platinum set to 1 from around 1,9k. The platinum was bought with real money (prime access) and later on the Tennocon digital pass. I messaged support already but apparently tickets take more than 3 days. Did anyone experience something similar (especially related to the Tennocon digital pass)? Also, what is the average response time for support? Losing paid for platinum just like that is kind of infuriating.

Did it solo with Loki. Spam radial disarm with augment (range/efficiency build) and move the hostage to a safe place with switch teleport (a dead end preferably). You can take your time, just make sure to have some restores in case your health/energy gets low.

With at least 150% crit chance when maxed and either dmg/multishot or crit dmg. Preferably with -magazine size. I'm willing to pay up to 4k plat for a godlike roll.

passives should synergize with the frames skillset/general playstyle. frost for example is a tanky caster frame, really he's the true tank if you look at his skillset (cc/protection for his team).id' go with something like this:
Frost Armor: Whenever Frost uses a skill a thin layer of ice coats Frost (alloy armor type). This layer can absorb 500 damage before it breaks, stacks up to 10 times. scales with power strength
ember on the other hand is a damage frame. i'd give her something like this:
Scorch: Fire damage dealt by Ember is modified to deal (enemy level)% finisher damage instead. Accelerant still applies the damage modifier

Then go play Grineer missions.
It's one enemy, in one faction. You mod your guns appropriately before going out on a mission, right? Do the same to your loadout.
Seriously, not that hard.
waiting for an enemy that takes only damage from one bullet every second no matter how much you shoot at him... preferably a napalm variant or some crazy stuff like that

the magazine size is not a multiple of 3... that's what stops me from using it :x

i Use viral because it bypasses shields. Coupled with speed trigger (soma prime) it doesn't matter if they have armor. I just chew threw enemies with ease.
at around 45 minutes armor becomes too high (at least when you're going solo). you need to stack 4x corrosive projection if you want to go really long. also viral doesn't bypass shields, it's proc halves enemy-health regardless of shields
