Not for me. For example, I still have only 1 Legendary Core and 9 Riven Slivers that I already had before the update...

I think I meet all the requirements and only got the message with the Railjack statue. When I checked my Railjack because of the reward I had my grid fully maxed, and all 6 slot filled with gear I've built ( Lavan Carcinnox MK III, Zetki Pulsar MK III, Tycho Seeker MK III, Lavan Shield Array MK III, Vidar Engines MK III, Lavan Reactor MK III).

Well, apparently that was it. Instead of counting only the unranked Arcanes, or total arcanes, it counts the ranked ones as "1" also.

TL;DR

A mistake I made when reading/interpreting the amount of Arcanes when trading with Little Duck. Solved.

so the issue I'm having is that I have a rank 4 Arcane Energize and, supposedly, 6 unranked ones. After finishing a mission on Scarlet Spear I got the Scarlet Credits I needed to buy the last one to upgrade to Rank 5 and so I traded the credits. Now when I go to trade with Little Duck it shows I have 6 Arcane Energize but when I go to my inventory, to the foundry or to the arsenal and check my Arcanes it says I have only 5 and the upgrade is not available. I broke down the Arcane and got the 15 pieces back, went to Little Duck again and this time it shows I own 20 Arcanes, should be 21, if I upgrade back to rank 4, and use those 15, it shows again that I own 6.
