    It's not a lie. It called making a internal goal. Then give a release window that were they try to include all delays that they can think about. This way incase when a major problem happen it will be release closer to the given window. And when its done released it. With how it is now they say end october then say sorry it not done.

    For me if this happens almost every major update it feels closer to a lie.

    if they do it like that less people will be upset when its delayed.

  2. Nothing new. when they said end of october i was expecting it middle november anyway. Im just surprised DE hasn't learned from their past mistakes by now.

    They could have made a internal goal of today. told everyone end before end of november incase something went wrong. release it beginning november and made everyone happy and get prazed that their half a month a head of their goal.

    Or maybe i should be glad they always announce stuff early because at the moment i feel DE can only finnish working while under pressure from the community.

     

  3. My built on her was a max range built with over extent and the WOF augment. in order to stunlock enemies then i just kill them in melee. with her rework the range and drain become so bad you couldn't do it. and im assuming the new ember also won't be able to since her 4 is changing.

  4. I dont mind that other people is getting the cosmetics reward older players own but DE could have at least given people that own them something else, best option 50 intermission credits. Naturally it only applies to stuff you normally can only own one of so you can still get more ship decoration.

    6 drops is literally completely useless to people that already own them. at least stuff like endo and affinity boosters still do something even if i dont want them.

  5. They have weapons generated when they spawn. they drops those weapons as bp's the weapon's apparently give MR once. they also have a random bonus stat.

    for example 1st lich a kuva tonker with toxin and 2nd lich tinker with viral. they will only give mr one time.

    but when you get a kuva ogris it will again give mr.

    also they cant be permanently killed. you need to have specific mod equipped on the weapon to perma kill it to get the loot if not they won't  drop the bp and get stronger. if i understand the system correctly.

    They most likely have a pool of about 50+ weapon. one for every grineer weapon i didn't count them so my number will be far off. if that is true that all the weapons is in the pool you will be killing them for a long time to get everything, putting cooldown on them will be torture. 

    also only owner of that lich can kill it no other players in the squad. which will be annoying if they refuse to kill it or don't have high enough level gear to kill it.

    the mods is new immortal mod that will be added to the game. it will be more than one but were unsure how many specific mods need to be equipped.

    So presumably DE already has a 'come back from the dead' excuse lined up and just wanted to do Grineer first, maybe because Corpus have gotten a lot of focus lately.

    My guess is if they want to link it to all the faction but their doing them 1st is because they want to link it to railjack,since they are also the 1st faction to get railjack missions.

  7.  I see a big problem with the kuva liches in the upcoming update.

    1)If the weapons they drop give MR i dont want to know how long it will take to get all their weapons especially if its RNG based unless there is a very small pool.

    2)I don't care as much about this point but if the extra dagger everyone get can get affinity it will significantly slow don't affinity gain on other weapons.

    3)If we dont get all the immortal mods or atleast a lot of them we might not be able to kill a lich until after we farmed them that may take ages unless we mod is super easy to get.

    I haven't read thread about them or def workshop if there is one,But if possible can someone give more info if on the matter especially if im wrong about one of the points.

  8. The extra slots on weapons isnt needed. only weapon that need them is weapons with bad ammo economy, if you want a silent weapon for stealth missions and maybe glaives  for extra bounces(that will be implemented later because how i understand it melee weapons slot will be delayed).

    In all honesty I see i bigger problem with the kuva liches part of the update.

  9. There is still a bunch of stuff missing in the game and im pretty sure they forgot about some here is a shortlist.

    -2 syndicates still need warframe quests

    -The 3de and last orb mother

    -More stuff to do on orb vallis since its a nice place with almost nothing to do there

    -melee 3.0

    -missions outside ghaol event that uses the caves on POE or the random mission that spawn container there.

    -a better way to get aura forma than arbitrations.

    -host migration fixes

     

    and now they are adding railjack sure it looks good but i would like it if they could finnish something mainly orb valis i would atleast want the last orb before something completely new before its forgotten

The 3 forma weekly is bad for new player because you can only built 7 a week at max and you need forma for other stuff like building weapons and stuff like adapters and lenses. and for vets it bad because they formed almost everything and/or have to not forma stuff just to save it for this weekly.

    The guild a modular item is bad because for new players you need to be rank 3 to even guilt something and their limited to 2000-11000 rep a day that is if they even have time to rank up a syndicate. then they need to get and craft materials and to do that they need star chart materials. And then lets not forget the infinite amount of credits new players need to do all this. They need to be aware index is there and have it unlocked. then build a bad kitgun/zaw, for new players this can also be bad because they are using their hardeners rep/materials on a bad version and would need to rebuild it anyway later. So not only is it wasting their resources it also waste their time and slowing down their progression.

    As for vets well they already ranked and gilded it or need to not guild something they want to because their saving it for this weekly

  11. How about allowing self revive, But only limited to arcane revives. This have its own set of problems.

    When you go to select mission it should indicate that only arcane revives is allowed. This might force players to get rank 3 arcanes, it also make it feel more endgame and would hopefully scare off unprepared players to do things that have better risk reward than this mode and lets be honest time/risk reward for this mission generally isn't worth it especially for newer players were getting resources,arcanes,sorties,relic's, mod and primes is better for them. 

    Currently arbitration doesn't even tell you, you can't revive. with current system a newish player would go: I unlocked a new game mode play and die and wonder if its a bug.

    a second problem is the drones they should give damage reduction and not immunity. They should also make enemies immune to damage from warframes but not the ability. This way the relic that is vauban might have found its niche mode its good in and might not even need a major rework then. 

  12. If killed it 177 times not including disconnects and crashes. Im playing the game with high ping and im ignoring all bugs i haven't had for over 2 weeks when i wrote this.

    General

    Bug's

    1)canister's can still be overthrown it dont go where you aimed but just go in a straight line it happens a lot less than in the beginning but it might ust be me trying to compensate for it(only 3 times last 100 runs)

    2)sometimes there is a delay in a full canister appearing in your hand after picking it up (not a common bug most likely because of lag)

    3)picking up a canister while someone is pulling a vent can get you stuck unstuck doesn't fix it only death. happened 1 time.

    4)unsure about this one but feel that sometimes your not getting your double heat when you shoot canister

    To start fight.

    Bugs. if you join a party and they are in the load area to deck 12 the following can happen.

    1)They get stuck in a infinite load time. You can leave this can or can not fix this.  (only happens 2 times)

    2)the players joining can have a problem where you cant connect to host anymore( dont know how many times more than 10 that for sure)

    3)sometimes the 1st door wont open happened once so it still not completely fixed

    4)there is a spot near the gate were it wont see you as in loading area to start the fight so all 4 layers can be there but countdown wont start. You can also sprint into gate then it will see you outside the waiting area.(newly found)

    Deck 12 fight

    I feel that the 1st batch of canister take to long to drop might be better to drop instantly after destroying 1st vent then put it on timer.

    The wind storm was cool the 1st few times but got frustrating after a while. It feels the boss move around too much while in the back of room and the sudden movement make you miss it feels that it there to artificially make the fight harder when it just move around for no reason.

    Bug's. 

    1)I had my duration mods stop working a few times while doing the fight unsure about other mod's heath mod's still worked since it didn't go down. common is about 10-40% of time

    2)Had my hud disappear once after the cutscene i got it back when we did the fight again(next run)

    The cursed door of never return, going outside to do fight.

    Bugs.

    1)The most common one for me i have insane drop in frames about 20-50 while in there. happens 99% of the time.

    2) the drop in frames can make me disconnect from the party it happens about every 2-4 fight's on average. The crash rate use to be higher, soft fix is to disable the voice lines of everyone ruining the all the effort DE put in making them in the 1st place. i also found not moving and not chatting also decrease crash rate i highlighted this sentence since i think it will help some players that cant do the fight.

    3)if you entered from fortuna you can't rejoin if you disconnect need to form a squad and go do fight from orbitor to be able to rejoin.(100% of time if you disconnected)

    4) When your in your operator mode and the load start you go back to your warframe. I had it that once it teleported me back to deck 12 with the door closed. This prevented the party from going outside and start loading the next part of the fight, i think i was doing a void dash when the load started. To fix this you need to leave the party.(1 time)

    Fight outside

    The fight was fine was fun the 1st few times. Problems is if your soloing, it need a bit rebalance to make it a bit faster. i soloed it 4 or 5 times. My biggest problem is the last part of the fight were she doesnt make more fractures unless she is heated to yellow. longest i had to wait there was 5 min. Would be nice that she makes fractures when there isnt any.

    Bug's

    1)orb disappear after someone pulls a vent only happened once.

    2)pulling a vent can disconnect you from the game. i stopped pulling vent after it happened 3 times.

    3)someone else pulling vent can disconnect you (once last 2 weeks    3 times intotal so i guess it was kinda fixed)

    4)the heat bar doesn't always reappear after the damage fase or when you go outside to fight.

    5)had my hud disappear once after someone pulled a vent

    6)unsure if this is a bug but there was fractures spawning inside the cave(new)

    7)forgot about this one since it isn't harmful as far as i know there is a fracture spot near cave that the light never disappear once it there(new)

    8)also forgot about it but when im not the host the cooldown effect of the spiders isnt shown when they throw their coolant at the boss(new)

    Loot.

    The rng loot on the is infuriating me. after 170 kill's (not including all the disconnects) sitting on 15 articular and 165 Hildren part. 2 times she didn't even drop part's(none showed in loot screen when i extracted)  Im unsure if it a bug but you cant see hildren part until you extract. Im using a itzal to pull everything into me

    Extracting reward's9(New)

    bug:

    1)it doesnt always refund the the thermia. doesnt happen a lot ut happened to me every time i was the host.

    2) sometimes it only giveback 1 diluted thermia instead of everything you put in.

    My opinion on ephemera

    But the worst thing is the ephemera after 176 runs it was dropped 4 times the same one i finally got the freeze one on run 177. there was a gap of 84 runs between drop and I felt that Someone at DE side disabled the drop for me i'll admit it's a likely a pointless conspiracy theory but it doesnt change the fact that feel like that especially on a 6/3% drop .I grown to hate the boss at this point. I just want them to be tradable they don't feel rewarding to get or have and my opinion of them is RNG. When i see someone with one i think o he got lucky. The coin flip nature makes it bad. The guy that i played with for the last ephemera was doing the fight for the 1st time.

    On a side note i got my stalker one on the 1st stalker (5%) and the blazing one on my 4th ESO(1.01) while i was just trying to max my daily rep. Just make them tradable let the players that dont care or dont want them sell them for plat. Their unusable for low rank player and trading selling them can help them. Im glad about the next one being a aciement now i can go wow he did that or spent time doing something currently i just feel o lucky. The ephemera is also dead drop's for player that was playing ESO or aritrition that was lucky/unlucky enough to get their 2nd one or dont want them. I stopped play ESO out of fear of getting the 2nd one since i know ill be angry if i get it after the hell a 6% drop put me through.

    DE said they are a reward for showing you did the content but the currently 5/6 only show you were lucky. The bleeding body ephemera is implemented right(i have a problem with its name since it is closer to goo,magma or oil but it is only a name in the end). I have been on both sides of the spectrum and both doesn't show you played the modes or content.

    Just remove them from the droppables  and make a achievement implemented retrospectively.They can be something like 800 zones in ESO kill 20 exploiter for frost 40 for shock (since it looks like more players want shock) kill 20 shadow stalker's get 50 rot c in arbitration's.  

    I would also like it if the body and step ephemera's can be equipped at the same time

    I have the same problem. here is a few thing that helped me.

    1)Put setting on low

    2)disable dialog.

    3)dont move to the door stop the moment it load. that room has a lot of frame drop's and moving is what making me disconnect most of the time. 

    4)ask other players not to move

    5)close all other programs on your pc.

    This should let you hopefully get you past the door 25% of the time

  14. And here i got it after the 4th try but after 168 exploiter orbs i still need the freezing step and the game haven't dropped a ephemera in over 70 tries that is a 6% drop.

     

    a fun rewarding item that show you did the content 168 orb's i surely didn't do the content.

  15. The mr from K-drives is still broken.

    The new one gave me 200 per rank.

    the old ones gave me 100 and sometimes 200 (i got 200 when it ranked up from bonus exp) 

    I did not get the extra when i swapped to them i just had them changed to mastered in my profile.

    The game need to run a script that recalculate player MR thx to them.

    I know but my point was i dont think enough people is complaining about it so they dont know. Or they just don't care enough to put someone on it. It takes them ages or even years to fix some minor bugs. it took them 4 years to make it possible to complete the affinity quest in a mission, some were incompletable or at least for me if i weren't the host. And in all honestly i dont think they fixed it. I think that bug was unintendedly fixed by fixing or changing something else, it was the same update that broke the syndicate missions(i think).
