After the rep cap reset for the zariman, I went to turn in some of my voidplume quills I had, and when I turned them in I didn't receive the right of mount of standing. I turned in 10 voidplume quills and only received 2000 standing, instead of the 25000 I should have received. I believe this occured because the game though the cap hadn't reset and game gave me the amount of standing that was still remaining from the cap before it reset, and wasted the other 9 quills as excess standing, even though I turned in my void quills after the standing cap reset.
