I'm getting out of video memory errors at 3 GB on a 4 GB card. Here's the error report. WAR-3675160. It happens less often right after I log in, and more often after playing Star Rails.

I'm running Windows 11 22H2 (OS Build 22621.1555), with Intel WiFi driver version 22.200.2.1. Starting with Duviri, when I run Warframe, not only does it often complain about being unable to connect to the network, everything else does too. I can have a video playing in Youtube, and shortly after I start playing Warframe, it pauses. Pings also time out. Once I exit warframe, everything returns to normal. I'm on Xfinity.
