  1. Imagine taking the effort to get onto another post just to be spiteful. This is an example of the behaviours I mentioned earlier. This is also the very definition of harassment and personal attacks that serves no purpose nor value, while himself using buzzwords such as "playing victim". The context that I raised above is completely lost on this person as well. Fortunately these behaviours of spite and toxicity are uncommon. So thank you to everyone else for being kind and supportive. You guys made my day brighter :)
  2. To all that is being kind regarding this matter, I sincerely thank you. I stress again that my reason for posting this was specifically because it has worked for someone else and I left with little choices. It also does not mean that I'm not sympathetic to developers' woes. One thing to understand is that most of the time (being from the corporate world myself), people are in specific departments overseeing specific tasks, not a random hell house.   3. I never have and never will understand why anyone would be so intent on kicking people who are down when they weren't even raging. Furthermore to fearmonger them into submission with threats doesn't help. As I've said before, if you can't help the situation, you don't have to add to it. You don't need all the sarcasm and personal attacks either. I paid for a service, and seeking updates, rather than throwing money into the void and not following up. I think anyone who purchases anything would reasonably do so. Thank you, but I hope to interact with nicer players.

  5. I specifically made this post after noticing [DE]Rebecca responded to a similiar post. Most of my friends had it approved in 2 days. I understand if you're unable to understand other people's problems, but if you can't make a situation better, best not to interfere. Thanks.
  6. Please assist me in approving my Clan and Alliance emblems as they are being ignored and I'm trying my best to try get your attention. At this point the effort that's going into submitting tickets that are ignored, and every other attempts at trying to raise this for more than 2 weeks is very exhausting and demoralising. I sent it before Deimos update and since then theres been hotfixes and other updates.
